This game is so fucking good, plus the devs have been updating it and making it better than it was at launch! I played it first when it came out day one and just recently picked it up again and man it is amazing
Just finished this game today and its absolute peak. I was already struggling with Eigong 2nd phase in Bad Ending and was so suprised to see her having 3rd phase in True Ending.
This is literally my most favorite game, I usually draw in a very similar art style to pizza tower. I don’t even like to eat pizza and I think this game is great
Just finished this game last night. It was absolutely fantastic. A masterpiece for the metroidvania genre. The combat was incredible the parry system was tight. Boss fights were so much fun incredibly difficult as you progress. You will get your ass kicked but As you learn the move set you will slowly make more progress until you finally beat them. Story was engaging one of my favorite in the game characters I highly recommend playing this game I had a blast
Still waiting for this but the 20th anniversary has come out so I think they are getting a move on with it depending on the reaction with the 20th anniversary game I hope we get the game soon though but just in case I won't hold my breath
So, the remaster for Beyond Good and Evil came out recently. You can find an MDisk that brings up Jade's childhood with the space pirates in BG&E2, so it seems the sequel isn't cancelled quite yet.
This game is fantastic. It Starts a little slow and is much more linear than something like hollow knight so doesn't have quite the same sense of exploring a world, but the story and combat are both brilliant. I don't even mind the linearity, since while it was disappointing at first I don't think it would have been possible for them to build as many fantastic boss fights if they were unsure of the players moveset. I'm not even finished with the game yet and there are already 2 bosses that rival the best bosses in Hollow Knight and 1 that completely outclasses them.
