@@Chris_Lodi He’s worth half a billion, doesn’t live in the U.K. doesn’t pay taxes here and he put out a video telling people to vote Labour. If he’d said vote Tory I’d of said the same thing. When a person is worth 500 million and doesn’t live here or pay taxes I’d say they are definitely out of touch with every day folk living and working in the U.K.
@@danmorley6517 He’s much wealthier now plus 35 years have passed since this interview and he’s being living a very wealthy lifestyle for so long that he’s now completely detached from reality and has no connection at all with ordinary working people. Mick Jagger is the same. Jagger used to be very anti establishment in the 60s, now he’s Sir Mick Jagger and very much a part of the establishment. Once a person has been very very rich for 40 or 50 years they will lose touch with realty

Morten gives intelligent answers even to stupid questions. A very calm person with self-esteem and clear ideas about life. He is also ironic when he comments, in few words, Madonna's parody, 'still searching her style' says all. Personally, I don't think her parody was an honour, not at all. There are miles of distance between A-ha's artistic value and hers- she's not an artist, she tries to sing, to act, to dance but she does nothing well. After uploading the video and seeing some of the reactions, I believe that this is a situation where the hosts are starstrucked by having him on the show, and making it a bit more stupid than it would usually be. I don't think any of the Scandinavian acts got the full recognition in their prime (ABBA, for instance). a-ha are inducted into the national hall of fame, knighted, but not really recognized.
You can turn on English subtitles if you understand that language. As far as I can see, English is the only choice for them, but they are available for this interview!
