If you're a beginner it's pretty common, you just need to try again until you get the same shape🫶🏻 Something you should look at is the tension you are using while crocheting. It's really important to keep the same tension for every stitches. Using different tensions could change the shape of the project. It's probably what happened with your plush. Good luck!
