This year, I stumbled upon post-traumatic all-night-long while on Spotify(it just played in my suggested after I finished the other song I had been listening to, I had never seen it before), and it became one of my favorite late-night songs because it captured the eery isolation all too well. Recently, I listened to the full album of melanchole, and I found a whole new album for my insomniac heart to cherish. Seeing so many people in the comments reminiscing over the time since they listened to the album back then is making me know that I'm probably going to have that experience, because of my painful relationship with nostalgia and wanting to go back in time.
the album is so famous now but i see nobody talk about this song… might be because of the length intro but it is truly one of the most haunting and heartdropping songs to exist
What I thought the lyrics were: Oh And now I miss you And every word Sounds like I never heard And I always loved your words So let's be honest Only loose my mind for love Always all the time like You know I get old Like you know I get old
descobri esta banda por esses dias e adorei...não dá pra entender como não vingaram! vi muita influência de bandas como Ultravox,Duran Duran e Visage na banda; além de lembrar golpe de estado e heróis da resistência nessa musica
last night i had a dream about pierce. i dreamt that he died and i went to his funeral. not much people there, just friends and family of his. i was sad as hell, i was crying and if it was real, it probably would be one of the saddest moments of my life. it just shows how much i appreciate him and this video <3
