I'm having a hard time getting this to work because the *#0*# doesn't work on my Verizon Samsung phone. From what I read online, Verizon has disabled this feature on all their phones. Is there anyway around this?
Factory reset is ok if you want to start over with fresh phone, but could make a video on how to unlock Samsung "secured by knox" android 11 phone - without loosing data. This is what most of us want to know. Thank you in advance. My wife died last december and I tried to change the password(I have both google and samsung account information, but both google and samsung removed unlock feature if location is not enabled on phone), at that time something went wrong several times and it would not accept the new password so I cancelled, but somehow it changed anyway. I have tried all combination I can think of, but still stuck. As an IT Consultant I never give up, and I can see several possible ways but Samsung is not helpful. There is in Recovery Update from SD card, though this only work with samsung signed updates, but if someone could fake a sign then aroma filemanager could be flashed and it would be possible to access and delete the lockscreen.db, which after restart would remove any Lockscreen. Could you look into this, there are 2 posts about this on XDA forums but very old, and as I said method could work if software were signed by samsung.
