Nice! We signed and didn’t break ground for three months. We also did minimal upgrades, basement walk out, basement bathroom, laundry tub, sink rough in for the basement. Some of the upgrades were ridiculously priced.
Some are insane! I think the kitchen and floor without the counters was like $8000. No thanks. About her 6k for counters and 4k for appliances. I couldn’t justify it. Not with 3 kids who are still in their destructive phase lol

What works the best instead of stupid chemicals is to go get a 20 or 40 or 60 ft long drain snake with a bristle brush on the end of it and a nice long pair of gloves that go up to your elbows or and run it through your lines plus when your tank is empty always put some water in your tanks before you use it and always keep your drains closed until you're ready to dump it otherwise all your crap with a stick to the bottom of the tank and I like to dump a couple large pots of hot water down the toilet just helps to loosen things up😊😊😊
