hi there quick question: how do you do animation canceling by switching your axe and your dumbells? it's like your are switching twice every click. How are you so fast?
Canceling CC from FW with lazy explorer is so nice. Didn’t know that was a thing. There has to be some trick to double swapping like weapon -> non weapon -> weapon. Curious. Great stuff
@@walik1771thanks I guessed that might be the case. If you don’t mind another question, I felt like you quick dropping lightbulb and picking up is a bit faster than what I am used to. Is there a way to do this rather than just it being latency issues?
the only time dropped and picked up lightbulbs was in my 3:15 daywalker seeded run, i think, the only reason it might have been faster then you are used to is because i use don't starve alone mod that eliminates lag in two-sharded worlds, but in that run I didn't use it, because there were some issues i didn't know how to get around. It would help if you specified the video and time you are referring to
Great run! You played really well! I thought you should have made an extra helmet before entering the ruins, but in your case, you didn't even need it.
i just got back into this game and am starting to get to the point of not worrying about anything but beating bosses up to the ancient guardian now which takes me about a year to prep for after fighting every seasonal boss in the game deer clops etc.. and watching you crush this boss and find the ruins that quick animation cancel and like the science machine tech was insane after the guardian i didn't even know what you were doing but it was def impressive. how did you get the gunpowder from that one set piece id love a beginner friendly breakdown of all the tech
Its called Beefalo Farm and it is a trap. When you open the chest it throws out gunpowder and fire, so i extinguish it and hammer it (destroying the chest triggers it again for some reason), extinguish it again and i can pick up 16 gp

Seeded means I've already seen the world, and know everything about it, but i cant manipulate rng and seed must be valid, so that anyone can generate it.
Insane run ×.× But one thing bothers me, wouldn't it be beneficial to wait with assembling the skeleton after ancelient key is socketed? Wouldn't that give you 100% certainty that it will be the correct skeleton shape? I belive that Klei made it that way some time ago.
Yes, it is possible to guarantee correct skeleton first try, but not only it requires inserting atrium key, but also there has to be a shadow heart in close proximity to atrium gate, meaning, it would had to be done after defeating shadow pieces and that is not beneficial, because before initiating fight with them, I have time to spare (in this case i had to wait ~5 seconds before night started), but after 7th minute passes, every second counts.
My favorite thing about these speedruns is the moment, just before boss is being killed, when all armor just breaked and whole speedrun can easily be failed And then boss die Beatiful
I tried theorizing how you were gonna kill that thing in 30 seconds without a damage multiplier, but I never expected it to be gunpowder + a tree guard setpiece
