i got hacked but i dont have password and i dont have phone number i tried getting recovery email but too late and ive got a roblox account that ive spent soo much on on that and google is telling me the accounts lost and im fucked there must be a way to solve this

Please remove passkey option in Google account. I know my Google my without number Google account email and password but passkey not available problem other side 2 step verification device reached problem and other options qr code not work in other device
I am thinking if a hacker tries to login to my account with using the option "Dont have your phone?" And send that key on the attackers phone they will get full access to my gmail and it eventually i will lose my gmail
