James C21x Standard Cup Brembo 4 pots with Reyland 330mm 2 piece discs, DS2500 pads and ATE superblue fluid. They were incredible brakes, I never experienced any fade!
Ha, didn't realise there was more info in the "show more" tab. Car goes really well and looks really planted in the corners. Renault sport certainly make some great drivers cars. Looks like you got a good grip on pembrey, had you been there before?
Panjy Nope first time at Pembrey, but this was my second to last session of around 2.5 hours of track driving in total, so I had learnt the lines pretty well by the end! I can't take all that much credit though, the car really is phenomenal and I think it flatters me! It has an unreal amount of grip and once it starts to run out its really predictable, which makes it very easy to drive quickly. I had a turbo'd MX5 before this and that felt like it was trying to kill me on every corner, so the Clio is a walk in the park in comparison!
Some really good laps there, good driving. Your clio looks really quick down the straights, what power is it making / mods have you done to it if you don't mind me asking?
Panjy Thanks for the comment. Mods are all listed in the description, and I have no idea how much power its running but I doubt its much more than stock! Around the 200bhp mark would be a decent estimate, certainly enough to worry a lot of other things on track anyway!
sorry about the heavy braking in the trophy thats the first time ive taken the trophy out and the ds1.11 pads were just too fucking good, couldnt grasp how little i needed to brake,
Loving the heel and toe ;) also agree with your description with the driving standards at these action days. Seen so many bad manoeuvres over the years attending the days.
I agree with you about driving standards !! idiots in boyraced Saxo's overtaking where they shouldn't, and following too closely... last time I do one of theses days.
