That room is about the size of a regular bathroom. Developers should fear God. How can someone even call that masters bed "spacious" anyways I know someone will buy thats why they're still doing these crazy animal cage developments as homes for humans
@@milesoliver9764 It is not a matter of, "if I can afford it or not." It is a matter of those houses lacking a little bit of details. The little houses I have in Lagos, I make sure there is enough greenery for quality air, and good living.
Fantastic architecture, great concept, the amount of green area is jaw dropping per Lagos standard, but a rather disappointing finishing per the interior. The location compensates for the finishing though. Nothing a qualified interior designer can't fix.
All that space for the extra toilet in the visitors' room could have been saved for making the room bigger. As it is, you can't fit any bed into that space. There's already a visitor's toilet. This is poorly optimised use of space. Nigerian developers don't know what they are building.
What is going on with the realtor in nigeria, some of you will not even show the surrounding of the building of what your selling, look here you don't have to hide nothing of what you are selling. People need to see everything of what you are selling that is how you will get a customer. Well you tried and good luck to you.
Looking great but can you develop such Estate in Enugu or South East then you will have potential buyers rushing it. I don’t invest where it will be demolished in future.
