Listening to praise music, isnt spending time with God. Have we tried actual praise? Actual worship? Or are we just going to listen to and sing, songs?
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts! You bring up an important point about the difference between simply listening to worship music and engaging in true praise and worship. In this "short" clip, we were emphasizing that turning on praise music and spending time with God in His Word can help shift our focus back to Him during difficult seasons, as Psalm 73 encourages us to do. However, you're absolutely right-worship is more than just listening to music. It’s about engaging our hearts in true praise, offering ourselves to God, and drawing near to Him in spirit and truth. The music can often be a starting point that leads us into a deeper place of worship and communion with God. Thanks again for your insight! Blessings to you as you continue to seek Him.
My ex would snowball into more debt, women don’t listen and will always take advantage of a man that provides. Fellas, lesson one: DONT HAVE A LADY. Hire a prostitue or go to a run and tug. There’s half the debt right there. You won’t make poor financial decisions if you don’t have a woman to motivate you to do so.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and I can understand that some experiences may leave us feeling hurt or frustrated. However, I believe it's important to recognize that not all relationships are harmful, and the value of healthy, God-centered relationships is deeply rooted in Scripture. God designed marriage and relationships to be a partnership where love, respect, and mutual support are central (Ephesians 5:25-33). Rather than blaming one gender or another for financial struggles, we’re called to work together in unity and wisdom. When we handle our finances with care and trust in God’s provision, we can experience true peace and freedom, whether single or married. I encourage you to reflect on the healing that can come from focusing on healthy financial habits and seeking God's guidance in relationships. If you're open to it, I’d love to talk more about what that can look like. Blessings, Sean
@@RenoFaithHub thank you for your kind words, however, God has abandoned us all my friend. Marriage is treated as an absolute joke wherein men as a whole, take all the risk and zero reward. Blame can fully be placed on the laws that give women incentive to initiate divorce and take half. So in fact women are to blame. We were kicked out of the garden due to a woman. The first one. Couldn’t help herself with temptation. So from the dawn of man’s creation, women have been the sole possessor of bad decisions and men follow due to wanting the woman. If we didn’t want to impress women, we would lead productive peaceful lives.
Every tax exempt church is a house of satan! In order to be a tax-exempt church that church must sign a contract with the government / the devil. This is called a 5013 C tax-exempt status and this means that your tax exempt Church cannot and will not speak out against abortion it will not and cannot speak out against any lgbtq madness and other sins and it definitely absolutely cannot speak out against the government. This means that your church has sold its soul in exchange for money to not call out sin that is why you will never see any of your billboards on the outside of your church condemning these types of sins or condemning the government. Your church leaders know this and they have sold their souls in exchange for money. Be very careful because this is exactly what the Bible tells us about when it talks about wolves in sheep's clothing and false teachers. Look it up and find out for yourself 5013 C tax exempt status. You are being led straight to hell and ignorance is not going to save you.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I can understand where you’re coming from, and I’d like to clarify the message we were trying to convey in the video. The intention isn’t to advocate for a theocracy or to suggest that any faith should dictate the law of the land. Instead, we are encouraging Christians to live out their faith in their personal and professional lives, including in business and leadership roles. In a free country like ours, diversity of thought, belief, and practice is one of our greatest strengths. It’s not about imposing beliefs on others, but about Christians making positive, ethical contributions to society. We believe that everyone-regardless of faith-has the ability to make a difference in the world, and our message is to encourage Christians to do so from a place of integrity and service. We appreciate open dialogue and differing perspectives. Thanks again for engaging with the content, and we hope you’ll continue to share your thoughts.
Who said that I owe my money to this loan shark? He did? He said I owed him ALL my money BEFORE my great grandfather was born. And what happens to the ones who dont pay him? Infinite jail that you never have an appeal at getting out of
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. It sounds like you're expressing some deep concerns, and I want to acknowledge those feelings. The video illustration was meant to give a fresh perspective on how we view stewardship and responsibility, not necessarily to impose guilt or fear. I understand that terms like "owing" can bring up negative feelings, especially if it feels like a heavy burden. But when we talk about stewardship from a biblical perspective, it's about trust and relationship, not force. God doesn’t operate like a "loan shark"-His heart is for grace, forgiveness, and second chances. He's not asking for repayment in the same way we think about debts, but rather inviting us into a life of purpose, where we use what we've been given to make a positive impact. If you're interested, I'd love to continue this conversation and explore what God's grace means and how it brings freedom, not fear. Thanks again for sharing, and I hope we can journey together in understanding more.
Thank you for your comment and for engaging with our content. I understand that it's important to know the background and intentions of those who share messages, especially when it comes to faith and community. Pastor Moore has been blessed to serve as a pastor for over 40 years, and his passion is to share the teachings of Jesus. Here he is teaching of the early church as recorded in the Bible. His qualifications has come from years of theological study, pastoral training, and experience in ministry. He has earned two doctorates and is currently working on his third. However, I believe the most important qualification he has is a genuine heart for God and a desire to help others grow in their faith. Regarding your concern about money, I want to assure you that our ministry’s primary goal is to spread the message of hope, love, and salvation found in Jesus Christ. Any financial contributions made to our church are used to support our community, outreach programs, and various missions aimed at helping those in need. If you have any further questions or concerns, I’d be happy to discuss them with you. Thank you again for watching and engaging with our videos. God bless
-> Sermon Notes: Why TV is so important to Christians The average American watches about 3 hours of TV a day. Thankfully most Christians are average (you would not want to be below average, would you?). What is so important about watching TV? Glad you asked. FYI: It must be important. Why else would millions of people voluntarily do the exact same thing for the amount of time equal to a part time job if it wasn’t important? Cultural Relevance: We as awkward, repressed, narrow minded Christians don’t know how to fit into the culture. How can we expect people to be like Jesus if we are not like them? We are always just a few steps behind the world. Perhaps TV can help close the gap. Everything pertaining to modern living: We as awkward, repressed, narrow minded, ignorant Christians don’t know how to live? We would miss out on so much that life has to offer if we didn’t have TV to shine a light on the broad road that is right in front of us. The Science of Mental Health: How can we ever hope to help our fellow humans work through their problems if we don’t understand the latest and ever changing theories on human behavior? TV is the best and easiest way to keep up or shut up. No one wants to look foolish by telling someone that they are bad people by nature. How would we know to tell them that they are at best, good people who have issues and at worst, good people who sometimes do bad things. They need to forgive themselves and move on. But we would not know this without the doctrines of TV. Culturally relevant sermon illustrations: Like when Ross wants to get back together with Rachel so they can have some more good old fashioned premarital sex, but he keeps messing things up. Illustration for: Sometimes we get in the way of getting what we want from God. Educational: It’s like Sesame Street for all ages. TV instructs as it entertains. Amusement: People need to put their brain in neutral and coast awhile after a hard day at work. Avoidance of sin: More watching = less sinning. If you are busy watching TV, you are too busy to sin. The key to true repentance could be watching more TV, not less. Play it safe. Sit and do nothing (TV) as much as possible. What would we do if we didn’t watch TV: I really don’t know. Probably boring stuff like reading and practicing hand bells. Who would want to be like us? What to buy: There is that rule that everyone knows about that says you can’t lie on TV. If a commercial says a product is the best, you can rest assured that it truly is. This is good stewardship. The wise Transcendent Zen of TV: One need not search for happiness for one is truly happy when watching TV. TV lets us know what the majority thinks: So we can go along to get along (the Solomon Asch effect). TV help identify social deviants: Conservatives Fundamentalists Extols those to emulate: Caitlyn Jenner, Jazz Jennings, The Kardashians and other heroes. TV teaches us everything: What to think, feel and believe. How to behave. What is true and what is false. Quality time with the family. Promotes like mindlessness: When we all have the same Pavlovian responses to similar stimuli, we will know that the good work that began in us, by TV, will be complete. (Rule of thumb: If there is no skin, there is no sin) Edit: Sermon notes are from this article: Why Can’t American Christians Change Their World or Even Themselves? Thank you for sharing your detailed thoughts. You’ve brought up some interesting points and I appreciate your engagement. It’s clear that media, including TV, plays a significant role in shaping societal values and behaviors. As Christians, we need to be discerning about the media we consume. Ephesians 5:15-16 reminds us to "be very careful, then, how you live-not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil." It’s important to be aware of the content we watch and how it aligns with our faith and values. While TV can offer entertainment and even educational content, it's essential to critically evaluate what we’re consuming. Not everything portrayed on TV aligns with biblical principles. Romans 12:2 encourages us not to conform to the pattern of this world but to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. Here are a few key points to consider: Cultural Relevance: While understanding culture is important, we are called to be in the world but not of it (John 17:14-16). Our ultimate goal is to reflect Christ in our lives, not necessarily to fit in with every cultural trend. Moral and Spiritual Guidance: TV often portrays a worldview that contradicts Christian teachings. We need to anchor our beliefs in Scripture and the guidance of the Holy Spirit rather than popular media. Use of Time: Ephesians 5:16 encourages us to make the most of our time. It’s important to balance our leisure activities with activities that nurture our spiritual growth, such as prayer, Bible study, and fellowship with other believers. Content Discernment: Philippians 4:8 advises us to focus on whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable. This should guide our media consumption, ensuring that what we watch uplifts and edifies us rather than desensitizes us to sin. Your comment about the influence of TV on mental health and social behavior is insightful. However, as Christians, we also rely on biblical principles and godly wisdom to address these areas. While TV can provide perspectives, true healing and understanding come from a relationship with Jesus Christ. I encourage everyone to seek God’s guidance in their media choices and to remain vigilant in upholding our faith values. Let’s use our time wisely and be mindful of the influences we allow into our lives. Blessings to you, and thank you for contributing to this important discussion.
Notes are from this article: Why Can’t American Christians Change Their World or Even Themselves? I blame “Good Parenting” Link: content.instructables.com/FDP/93IO/LW7U0G7J/FDP93IOLW7U0G7J.pdf “Good parenting”, as is done in our culture, is in opposition to good health, good time management, and longevity. Parents reward good behavior with bad things. These habits are carried into adulthood and then passed on to future generations. Rebelling against our culture would be a good thing. Our culture promotes bad health, wasted time, ignorance, and learned helplessness.
Thank you for your comment! You’re absolutely right; Psalm 100:1 says, "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands." This scripture reminds us that worship is not about perfection but about expressing our joy and gratitude to God. Whether we sing with a microphone, speak to inspire others, or simply lift our voices in praise, what matters most is the heart behind our worship. The beauty of worship is that it comes in many forms. Some are gifted singers, others powerful speakers, and some have a unique way of expressing their love for God through joyful noise. Each contribution is valuable and brings glory to God. Let’s celebrate the diversity of gifts within the body of Christ and encourage everyone to worship freely and joyfully. After all, our worship is a response to God’s goodness and grace in our lives. Blessings to you!
Do you preach THE SAME GOSPEL TRUTH THAT PETER PREACHED IN ACTS 2:38 and Paul Acts 19:1-6 , HOW CAN YOU CLAIM YOU GOT THE HOLY GHOST , And Not preaching The TRUTH GOSPEL TO GET IT ??? What do you and your associates say when you baptized someone ? , Acts 2:38 Peter Said, Repent, AND ( AND) be baptized everyone of you IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST FOR THE REMISSION OF SINS, AND ye shall receive the gift of The Holy Ghost , Again WHAT YOU AND YOUR ASSOCIATES SAY WHEN YOU BAPTIZED SOMEONE??? Such a simple question that reveals and expose false trinity baptism doctrine, of the catholic church 325 AD A NO NAME BAPTISM REPEATING THE TITLES, NO ONE IN THE BIBLE KJV, was baptized by saying or repeating the TITLES, Father, Son , And Holy Ghost, Matt 28:19 , IS ACCOMPLISHED BY OBEYING ACTS 2:38 Anyone that Rejects , contradicts, and refuses to Be Baptized IN THE NAME OF JESUS AS PETER PREACHED IT IN ACTS 2:38 , And Paul Acts 19:1-6. Is of that seducing spirits and doctrines of devils, 1Tim, 4:1 now The Spirit speaketh expressly that in the latter times some shall depart from THE FAITH, ( Acts 2:38) giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils, Wake up ! Judgement day is coming!!! KJV
Thank you for your comment and your passion for scriptural truth. I deeply respect and value the importance of adhering to biblical teachings. First, let me affirm that Acts 2:38 and Acts 19:1-6 are indeed critical scriptures that highlight the foundational elements of repentance, baptism, and receiving the Holy Spirit. These scriptures guide our understanding of the baptismal process and the experience of the Holy Spirit. When it comes to baptism, the Assemblies of God follows the directive given by Jesus in Matthew 28:19, where He instructed His disciples to baptize "in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit." We believe that this command encompasses the fullness of the Godhead-Father, Son, and Holy Spirit-while recognizing that the name of Jesus is central to our faith and salvation. In Acts 2:38, Peter emphasizes baptism "in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins." This directive underscores the authority and saving power of Jesus. Similarly, in Acts 19:1-6, Paul re-baptizes the disciples in the name of Jesus, emphasizing the necessity of alignment with the teachings of Christ. Our practice of baptism in the Assemblies of God seeks to honor both the Trinitarian formula given by Jesus and the emphasis on the name of Jesus as seen in Acts. When we baptize, we often say something like, "I baptize you in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, in the name of Jesus." This approach seeks to respect the totality of biblical instruction on baptism. Regarding the claim that baptism "in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit" is a post-biblical development, it’s important to note that this formula is directly from Jesus' own words in Matthew 28:19. We interpret this as Jesus' comprehensive instruction on how to baptize, rather than a contradiction to the baptisms recorded in Acts. It's also essential to approach these discussions with love, humility, and a willingness to listen and learn from one another. Our ultimate goal is to glorify God and faithfully follow His Word. Thank you again for your engagement and desire to uphold biblical truth. I appreciate the opportunity to discuss this important topic.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I understand that the practice of passing an offering plate can be a sensitive and controversial topic for many. The intent behind this tradition in many churches is to provide a way for congregants to support the church’s mission, community outreach, and operations. However, it's crucial for churches to ensure that this practice aligns with biblical principles and is carried out with transparency and integrity. It's also important for congregants to feel comfortable and not pressured in their giving. We strive to follow the example of generosity and stewardship set out in the Bible, emphasizing that giving should be done willingly and joyfully, as stated in 2 Corinthians 9:7: "Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver." If you or anyone else feels uncomfortable or has concerns about how offerings are collected or used, I encourage an open dialogue to address these issues. Our goal is to foster a community based on trust, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to living out our faith authentically. Thank you again for your comment. It’s through open and honest conversations like these that we can grow and improve as a community.
Love the message...hate the self-centered showmanship. The Word of God does not need to be wrapped in theatrics to make an impact on the listener. Read about Jesus and how he preached and it will give you a better delivery for the unchurched my friend. Sometimes we feed itchy ears instead of feeding the spirit of the individual. Let the truths in The Word grab their attention instead of trying to maintain an atmosphere of fleshly excitement.
Another charlatan who's only giving a performance but not doing any exposition of Biblical passages... no thanks. Disliked Don't recommend this channel
Picking and choosing can lead to error be sure to read this in its context . He has this hope available if we turn from evil and seek Him. Not for us to sit and soak in the evil. Jeremiah 29:11
