I always get mean girl vibes from Heather, I bet she was a cheerleader, spending 30 thousand dollars on sushi was obscene and disgusting in a time when some people are struggling to put food on the table for their kids, I think the relationship with Gena was fake she seemed like she was a hobby of hers to dress her & patronise her.

Many of the details are not true. Her parents had already sold the property to Marco Forster the year before her protest (notarized by Judge Egan). She actually put a couple of railroad ties across the tracks and added a post demanding the $10,000. The railroad never promised her or her family anywhere near that amount of money. San Quentin records indicate that she was released in March of 1892, several months ahead of the end of her sentence. A newspaper man in Santa Ana made up the story of her death in prison. Not true. Evidence indicates she left prison, moved to the San Francisco area, and married a fellow convict. No one knows when and where she died.
Thank you for the details to the Avila story. Clearly our skills are not in journalism. Happy to make a revision to the details when we do another video on it. Until then your comment will shine light on the Avila story. Cheers
Bouchard was born on the French Rivera, he is French. He took part in Napoleon's Egyptian expedition. A hero of Argentina's war of independence, he was also a corsair for Peru.
He also raided thePhillipines when it was under Spanish rule, went to Hawaii and signed a peace treaty with the King of Hawaii and freed some argentine mutineers there and had them executed. He fought in the Argentina Independence Revolution in the famous battle off San Lorenzo as a cavalry officer under General San Martin (who fought Napoleon as a Spanish Cavalry Officer in the battle of Baylen in Spain). Truly an interesting character.
Bouchard raided the Presidio of Monterey, at that time the capital of Alta California. He then came down the coast at arrived at Santa Barbara for a prisoner exchange, before landing at SJC and looting all the wine! However, he did punish his men for getting drunk while raiding the town. The mission fathers had gotten early word of his coming and hid all the church artifacts worth anything in the nearby hills. Great story! I will be on the lookout for Bouchard Malbec, wife and I going up to Paso Robles this next week!
So excited for you Kyle and your wonderful crew! Having been a member since your first months of opening it has been awesome to watch your expansion. Wishing you the happiest of times, great wine and an abundance of blessings! 🍷🥰🍷
Hello, how are you, I am writing to you from Buenos Aires, Argentina, to tell you that there is another reason that unites us, every year when spring arrives in Argentina, the swallows arrive in Buenos Aires, and the route they do is from San Juan de Capistrano Some stops and they arrive in Buenos Aires, and when autumn begins they go back to Capistrano, I wanted to get this to them and that they know that something unites us apart with Hipolito Bouchard and the swallows, I send them a big greeting, from Buenos Aires
