I had an action point from playing Eloquent Eulogy with go again from Puppetry, then used the Eloquence token gained to play Funeral Moon as an instant with go again, putting me at 2 action points to send both the Wail and the Ruin. Build-your-own go again!
It's handy as an enabling tool, and lately I've been seeing it as backup eloquence in case my opponent plays around Eulogy. In my opinion other offhands just aren't worth the card slot, even if Grim goes unused a decent amount of the time.
That was some decent piloting, tho it also showcases how bad incants/galaxias are for these matchups when they clog up your late game hands. If it was a lantern (any playable 0 cost NAA really) in that hand near the end instead of galaxia it wouldve been a gigantic revel turn and probably a win (if they cant do zen state). But hey, close game into zen is a win in my book 😁
Yea it was really unfortunate timing, sonata into Zen is kind of a relic of thinking of him as a midrange matchup, maybe it should be cut to find room for funeral moon or something...
@@nikobrufab If the matchup really lasts 3-4 turns, incant should also be reconsidered since you'd need a lot of luck to have it provide enough value to warrant a slot in the list. Tho it is also misfortunate how aggressive some of these zens are
3 reasons: I’m low on blues, often only at 3-4; blocking has become less of a priority as the power level of the deck has increased, and quillhand lets you instantly play most gates from banish without extra effort. Also, 2 extra chants can get you to oblivion in a pinch and Nas wins games
Great gameplay and commentary! I'd definitely like to see more gameplay from you! I'm just getting into Vynnset (been a Ninja and Assassin main)! Just a heads up your audio is fairly low otherwise amazing job!
