Adventure 2 Anywhere features Brad and Jill, a married couple who love, Traveling, Theme Parks, and Ghost Hunting just to name a few. We currently live in Florida with our cat Marla and we are here to show you around town. Well, not Marla because she likes to stay home and sleep on her bed. Come along with us as we film everything from the theme and hiking parks, to room reviews. Are y’all properly closing the portal that you’re opening up by using a Oujia board? Because otherwise you’re just inviting more stuff in and making it worse ☹️
Hi Amber. Thanks for your comment 😎 While the tone of our channel is a bit goofy, we actually take ghost hunting and the paranormal very seriously. That includes being respectful to the deceased, and not messing with things we don’t fully understand. I am not much of a fan of Ouija boards so I understand your concern. But I’ll put it this way, just as a portal would need to be properly closed, it would also need to be properly opened and that would have had to be done through some sort of ritual or something like that. Things we would absolutely not do. I truly do not believe that Milton Bradley has a witch on hand that curses each and every one of these board games that goes on the shelf either. What I’m saying is, I’m not going to give a piece of cardboard and plastic that much power. All in all though, I truly do appreciate your comment as there are a lot of goobers out that that don’t know what they are doing. 😎
Your comment is very kind, but any time you use anything to communicate with the other side, you’re opening a portal - no big ritual needed. A lot of people dismiss Oujia boards as just a board game, but tarot cards, dousing rods, pendulums, shells, tea leaves, and ghost boxes are also not imbued with magic by witches, etc, and they are still quite effective for communicating with the other side. Oujia boards are notorious for bringing dark/trickster stuff in because so many people *don’t* take them seriously or respect what they can do. All that’s required is setting strong boundaries around who and what is allowed to come through + communicate while you’re using it, and then verbally and energetically saying thank you and closing the door when you’re done using the board ❤
That’s a great question! I’ll put it this way, it takes getting used to. Depending on how fast the train is moving helps determine how smooth or shaky the ride is obviously. Now, on this particular trip, I found the gentle rocking comforting and when we would stop, I would wake up. Someone who has issues sleeping while in motion may have trouble. The bedding itself isn’t the most comfortable thing in the world, but I think that comes to be expected. But it’s perfect for someone with an adventurer’s savy!
@@TheAdventureCloset I’ll be honest, I went in thinking all sorts of crazy things, but when I got there, I felt like I fit right in. It does definitely have its own vibe, that’s for sure!
