Thanks Dave. It rides really well for its build and capability. I’ve had to pick it up twice and yes it is heavy. The Nelson Rigg bags are a bit disappointing as on my first ride they tore from the weight where the straps are stitched onto the bags. I’ve made up extra straps to take weight and that’s solved the issue.

I've had to step off my NX650 in similar situation. Was an awesome bike for the around NSW border run and then cape york but, when you venture off the main and are in first it's a pretty big lump of steel. Cheers that's a good run. Loved the grab some sausages cook up.
