I love the Brooklyn 28, were twinning, I bought mine few weeks ago and I love it, I don't think the leather is thin at all, it's made from natural grain leather, so it has that beautiful softness to the bag and it gives that nice slouch look. She’s perfect for you! 💚 I didn’t hear any of the bad press, but other than the slight cut on my bag that happened while they unpacked it, mine is perfect. I’m with you on the thinner leather contributing to the bag shape, but it feels just fine to me.
Beautiful bag! I agree with you about the wear on the bag. I have the same bag in dark ruby and plan to purchase the 39 in black. I’m excited for them to get super slouchy and worn in. ❤ Happy Birthday to you! 🎂
I love the bag; I like the leather too. I don’t think it’s a negative for the leather to be thinner. There was a bumbag that had a similar feel from the men’s department and I like it as well. Enjoy one of your bday bags!

That dark lime Brooklyn … you are rocking that bag so good! 💚 such a fun an rich color! When people mentioned it was a “thin” leather, it was confusing because how the bag hangs and the sillouhette looks like it’s a sturdy bag (like a Dooney). To me “thin” is the swing zip and Hamptons 😅 this leather looks like it holds its own: light enough to not feel heavy, strong enough to hold its shape and feel solid.
Also underwhelmed. The kisslock design was definitely the star of the show, which was fun but everything else did not give the wow factor. I’m holding out that more interesting design will come of it and this runway show was a sneak peak more than anything.

@@mishukittyproductions the dark lime was super special in this bag design. Even after wearing the bag a few days I am still not understanding the hate . I think the old school Coach leather on this bag would not yield the same silhouette and weight. New school doesn’t deserve all the hate lmao

I almost pulled the trigger on this bag and glad I didn’t. I’ve tried it in person at a Coach store. The leather part where the buckle is sewn to hold the straps seemed like it will stretch or tear over time when you put heavy stuff. I think the strap holes would do the same. I’ve also seen scratches on the preloved items. It’s a nice looking bag though. Thanks for this great review.
Beautiful collection 🖤💛. I got the mini skinny id wallet from Dillard's on sale. I love it too. Those retail wristlets are so soft. I have a few of them. I ordered the zebra Swinger 20 from the outlet because I use my Nolita 19s so much. They're easy to just grab and go. I like that the Swinger has the longer strap and you can add a chain for crossbody.
@@trod0925 hey! Yes I loved the mini skinny so much I got another on sale 😅 I’m still contemplating adding a crossbody chain strap for the swinger 20 because I do really like it. I think even if it had a wristlet type of strap it could be useful as a grab and go for me for errands
That would be so cute! You may be able to use the strap from your wristlet 😊 I saw Dillard's had the strawberry mini skinny for $30 too. So tempting ♥️
Hi Dori, I love this floral collection. I did not get a handbag in this print, but I did get the two slgs that you have and the hangtag. I wanted the Cassie 19, but I have 4 of them in various colors and was trying to avoid buying another in that particular handbag style. I saw the swinger on Macy's website, but I thought it was too small like you did, and maybe I could use it as a catch-all in my black signature chain tote. If I was going to get it, I should have gotten it while Macy's had the 15 % Rakuten cashback yesterday. I had to laugh because I thought your screensaver was a framed picture. I told myself she likes this print; I don't know how you found an image to match. 🤣tfs.
@@joeltwo21 haha 🤣 🤣 it was just something about this print. This is the second screen saver photog I have of this collection. I almost grabbed the Cassie 19 when macys had it under $200 but I had trouble using that bag when I had it in denim 😭 I wish that style was for me because I really love it
I really liked this collection. I was able to get the canvas tote and the Wyn wallet when Dillards marked them down. I’d love to get that charm as well. The Quilted Tabby 20 is a showstopper too.🥰
I love all of these items! Like you I think the Swinger 20 is so cute but so tiny. I bought the leopard one and put a black crossbody strap from the larger Swinger on it when I wear it. Too small for an everyday bag though. The larger Swinger is my favorite bag from Coach.
