Hey trainz, please bring down the centre of focus of chase camera to atleast middle of the locomotive or coaches. Focus of chase camera is at approx top of locomotives, which doesn't feel real. Yes graphics are awesome but this makes train to be in the bottom of screen and approx. half of screen height is filled with sky. And also street lighting is very poor in comparison to locomotive headlights. So night playing is very bad. Coach vibration should be more realistic And the movement of fly camera is very very fast. And also zoom in and out from 'page down' and 'up' button is also very fast. And the movement of view of fly camera from one position (to see train passing) is also rough. It is 2024 and this very basic issues are still here. These are very serious issues which should be fixed in next release of game. Hope u agree with me and take it seriously.
I don't understand this. If I buy Trainz 22 Platinum I don't get HD Terrain. If I buy Trainz Plus Standard I have to pay a subscription but is that extra to the cost of TRS 22 ? It's not well explained.
I'm petty new to Trainz. Just got Trainz 2022 and pretty much most of all the DLC that you can buy - so you can see how taken I am with this sim. I was with Train Sim World (again buying a LOT of DLC) but I think Trainz is more immersive all round - something I prize very highly - and it also seems to have a pretty vibrant community. I even bought a new computer so I can run Trainz in Ultra and now I'm used ot it I want to start making my own routes. I just wanted to thank you for these tutorials and tell you the one I'm looking for is the one that shows you how to set jobs (delivery points) and that kind of thing. Looks like I found it. I'm new to Trainz (came from TSW 2,3 & 4) and admit to being lost in the complexity of all this. That being said, I've never had so much fun learning a system in a simulator, so it looks like I've found my new home to satisfy my train itch. I've done routes, done dispatcher sessions and now I'm learning to make my own routes, so this is going to be a great asset in the near future. Trainz is many times better than the competition - reflected in the amount of DLC I've bought - and my only complaint is, I don't have enough free hours in my day, after work. I love this sim.
I still use the 2004 version of Trainz..20 yo but has the engines and rollingstock for the system I was employed in for 27 years so can relate better..
Hopefully someome cane answer this for me but if these guys where able to add hawes junction for iPad why not do the whole S&C I mean they did it for 2009.
What I'm wondering here is, will there be a way to restrict certain trains to certain industries? LIke for example, I want a certain train to only perform tasks for a certain industry or industries. Also, will there be a way for the AI to return loaded and/or unloaded cars to an actual staging area in a yard, maybe defined by a trackmark, and not just industry to industry?
Ok, gotta admit this is pretty cool! Will the drivers marshal trains and perform shunting duties too, or does the player have to do all the arranging trains manually (and will it work with the interlocking towers too without destroying framerate?)
When will you update Trainz simulator 3? No news from you when will we be able to make our own maps, add or take content? We are just already looking forward to the update
Full of corrupted files, little by little you steal things from the Routes and packs, corrupted things always appear and never fix them, the wagons always disappear
Cash cow. Monthly subscription for HD terrain. How low can you get. More interested in detailing on the trains and wagons, that’s what you pay your money for
