The really great thing about this video is the guy really got it. He became a life coach and he walked me through finding limiting beliefs in my self perfectly.

I think people get too caught up in the difference between real and fake. Try to think about it from the mental space of the magic you believed in as a child. The same way you used to believe that flying meant to walk around the room with your arms out wide. Then try to imagine how you would parent yourself from the perspective that everything is learning and love and experience
I find Bashars talks enlightening especially when he spells it out as clearly as this however you do have to do a lot of deep thinking to work out your own beliefs enough to put his principles to work. I’m a work in progress myself though I have found it quite simple to realise when I’m reacting in fear and so need to stop and question my thoughts.
I’m 74. Been hearing Nadam since 7 years old 1957. It’s always calling but I have bad CPTSD. I can’t detach from the person and go to Source because of deep deep damage.
Bashar couldn't help him digg deeper because he didn't yet realised that he is creating the situation where people push his buttons, by believing that people causing him feel pissed off, but it is actualy he creating that experience through his negative beliefs. When he realise that first, then he can use circumstances as a reflection of his negative beliefs by focusing on himself instead on others.
Spiritual teachers talk about your path, your passions, your life purpose etc. and this is very confusing for a lot of people who think our spiritual path has to be some big accomplishment and garner notice from the public or a certain societal group. This is the first video I have seen that talks about small steps leading to a larger plan or path as you make the choice that brings you the most joy or happiness.

Sometimes you outgrow your family and they shift their regard of you and you find that you have to live your best life possibly in a different way. We evolve, shift, grow, mature, and grow into our best selves as we embrace our experiences of life. ❤

Does this mean real,real life problems? Like I have BPD and I am dating a NPD and I might just lose my house,I am a paraplegic and I've been sick and he's not reliable.So,I do have most of the money but....😢
Is it me or has Bashar gotten kinda harsh lately?? He mocked her at one point? I fundamentally like him, but something's changed and it just feels really harsh? Maybe he's just having a hard time of it like we all can have.
