Sir if someone is on dependent visa of a skilled worker if that dependent switch to skilled worker visa then his previous stays time while on dependent visa will count in ILR application
Hi can I ask one doubt please My wife will be eligible for PR next month. Once getting PR we are planning to apply naturalisation for our babies. They both born in the UK. The elder one was out of the UK for 3 months (maternity time) and 190 days (when conceiving 2nd time). And younger one was out of the UK for almost 100 days (maternity time). Will it be problem??
Hi, I’m applying for a child turning 16 in a week, him and his father have settled status under eu settlement and the mother has indefinite leave to remain. Am I right he doesn’t need to do the life in the uk test and english test? I’ve just ticked no for both questions in his application but they didnt ask any follow up questions confirming he’s a child hence he doesn’t need to do the tests. They’ve lived in the uk for 10 years now. Thanks for any help.
If you wish to qualify for ILR in 5 years through the Skilled Worker route, you cannot be absent from the UK for more than 180 days in any 12 month period.

As per the Home Office guidance, the company is to pay a minimum salary of £38,700 per annum for your job, and this salary is to be paid through the revenue the company generates.
The home office can take into consideration the immigration history from other countries, however when it comes to dependent visas, usually, they will be willing to waive any minor breaches as long as you do not pose any threat to the UK - but this is not guaranteed and depends on the circumstances of the case.

Hi, thanks for your videos. I have a question, when should i upload the documents before or after the payment? Also should i create a new account for ukvcas account that different from the one that i used for ILR as i tried to login but would not be able to re set my password
According to the process, once the application fee is paid, you book a biometrics appointment, and documents are uploaded once the biometric appointment is booked before attending the appointment. Regarding the UKVCAS account, you should use the email on the naturalisation application to create it. If the same email was used previously, you should be able to reset the password. Otherwise, you'll get an account creation email.
