Yesterday 18 Jun 2024 I bought SP6000 & I am worried about machines starting sound, but your video helps me. Thanks bro!

did you find a solution

Unfortunately not. IIRC I made the video to file a support ticket to CDPR but have gotten no answer. Most frustrating part is that there was no such issue and it started around update v1.3 or so. I have to check with v2.1 if it maybe fixed now.

I Didn't. They all seem to have this to some degree. I ordered a replacement that was even worse - sent it back. Tested one in local store - was maybe only a little quieter than mine. Then took this one to local Makita dealer - they too said it doesn't sound like other Makita circular saws, but remembered having one SP6000 in for repair only to learn it's the constant speed system doing this. If it's particularly bad i'd return it - the one at shop was barely noticeable without cutting. Half a year still cuts nice and smooth. Sound hasn't changed either. Now i'd probably consider DeWalt or something much cheaper + good blade.

Yeah just tested mine straight out of the box and the exact sound got me worried. Only present when cutting and completely absent under no load. The more force I give to push the more apparent it sounds . Got it filmed and plan to mail it to makota service. What is your experience after a while ? Best Regards
