Elle and Toni! I always like your music. Always good choices and always well-done. I have to admit a bit of a crush on Elle - but I'm probably old enough to be your father, so...we'll just let that one go. Good job.
"I'd crash through your medium... if ya know what I mean..." Sorry, couldn't help myself but you did kinda "leave it wide open." OMG I can't stop! Anyway, great song!
I know most of Elles songs. I love love Queen Hazel, Come on over and Candy apple for example. But this song, 1970, feels like a great leap forward. So something, I dont know exactly. The chorus reminds me of a Natalie Merchant Album I played incessantly a long time ago.
Honest review: Some nice motifs, especially the opening one. But then the transition to the next motif doesn't quite work The first should have been repeated. Also, the song has no hook. Just some nice motifs, but the structure is off.
