I have used this meditation to turn the red anger which tries to be protective but is also harmful (which tries to protect my soft underbelly) into blue assertive energy that is direct and works with me harmoniously without the need to explode. The assertive energy includes a sense of trust in myself
This is really good. I felt like a brand new man when it was over. I already am experiencing an ego death, so I treated this meditation as a reminder to myself of who I really am and had very little problems detaching myself from the physical experience. I will be using this daily, and I thank you for this.

Oh they know better, they act that way anyway. This is why elections get stolen, they do not care what you think. Not going to listen to them either. Or talk about politics. You have zero control who wins elections. Be the best version of yourself for yourself and others. When we all do that, no election will ever be stolen.

I’m healed. I thank you and Jesus Christ for healing me in these moments. I went from pain in lungs to experiencing no pain at all . Wow, you are amazing!!!!!!!!
There are some major issues with this meditation. “ I no longer need you,” “better than she ever was,” I don’t’ need your love.” - these are all statements completely absent of love and suggest superiority over another human. This is not okay.
It feels like this has been my hidden life more than less, but have always strived to reach the other side (to an abundant mindset). It’s interesting that the energy has really surfaced such that it’s being mentioned for thought and change. I def feel the weight of my thoughts (and finances) holding me down the past few years more than ever before. I’m thankful to have guidance and help on this. Thank you.
