I've just reached the part where he dies in year 6 I think there shouldve been a way for his ghost to be at Hogwarts similar to how Moaning Mertal has her spirit there after she dies.

Try uninstalling. You can also try on another device or a computer if you have one with an emulator like Blue Stacks. See if the game kicks past it and into your town. If it works, then try on the device that was giving you trouble. It might help.
Dreams are bringing back old things and are unpredictable. Is Luna the same age as Harry? Because that would be. Their first year. My dad is taller than me. As a child he never fit into much.
