smallest sprocket I could get on there was a 36 tooth and it topped out at maybe 25-30? The wheels are pretty small. Maybe could go up/down a tooth on the drive sprocket if they make one?
Mine has a 1970's Craftsman chainsaw motor on it and does 41mph not sure what cc tho. I fell on it the other day and got road rash on my knee but had a jacket on luckily
If youre talking about putting it on a razor, I wouldnt suggest it. The metal is pretty weak as it is, and a 250 is heavy. That plus the weight of the rider would probably be too much for the frame.
@@Buggysbuilds idk about that hahaha 😂🤠 I have a friend who has a razor pocket mod and he installed a 250cc on it he said it's a torqy machine idk how he did it tho I'm thinking about installing one just dunno howe he did it as I lost contact with him But yeah I'm planning on doing it just not sure what I can do I can probably cut the back idk 😐 I wonder how my friend did it tho lol
I admire you for taking on this project, but I can tell you don't have much experience with this kind of thing. I see a few flaws that you have. The bars you cut off behind the seats, they are a vital structural component. They have to connect to the bottom the the cage. As for your swing arm ant the problem your facing with the chain, I'd suggest watching some videos to see how others do it. The one person that comes to mind is "red beards garage". He knows his shit. watch him and you will learn a lot.
Yeah trust me I know. I kinda just had to work with what I had haha. There were alot of roadblocks and pieces that dont fit/wouldnt work where they NEED to. Next build will be from scratch so that all the components will work together properly. Thanks for the comment!
I got a 60cc 2 stroke Suzuki snow blower engine on mine. It fit in the area under the seat and I was able to use the stock seat as well. . Converted to disk brakes. It's been fun.
Sick ass mini bike brotha I love it I've been itching to get something like this going I had already two pocket mods but lost them due to me having to bounce back and forth place to place
@@Phukaloop did the engine turn over at all? or did you disengage the clutch and it didnt change at all and just kept rolling as if the clutch was still engaged?
will definitely cut tube thanks! I tried buying another sprocket that comes with a retainer plate but the plate rubs on the chain and makes it pop off. so a spacer will probably be the best option
