REM RAM and ROM, "a bunch of ones and zeros going soo fast you cant even see them" Keep the Faith in Jesus our Lord and Savior. God bless and keep you all.
Please pass the tape for the mouths of people who sing along and ruin it for the rest of us. No one pays to hear the audience sing at shows. Would be lovely if people who outgrow the virus of selfishness
That riff at the end of "The Wizard and I" ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤!!!!! The only thing that would have made this video absolute perfection would be if she did "No Good Deed" to end the show!
All that with a herniated disk! She’s a goddess!!! I need her as elphaba again. No one in the history of wicked has bright the house down like Jessica Vosk!
The tech team from wicked on broadway has to update their flying rig, the glinda bubble & elphaba charry picker. There might be a no fly for Glinda soon if her bubble keeps malfunctioning.
@@scottspector6094 The cherry picker lift, Karie Ellis was the one that her life flashed before her. The lift starts to move higher she wasn’t safely strapped in. Since then the term was no fly show.
@@Pianorockstar_ i'm pretty sure the safety of the cast (especially those flying) is #1 priority to the technical staff. that's why there are "plan b's" there are daily checks, i'm sure, before showtime to make sure that all is working safely. sometimes, there are issues & that's live theatre for ya.
That’s less of a orchestra issue and more an audio guy issue. The orchestra is (or should be) unamplified, but she is. Turn her up! You can’t change the volume of an orchestra without changing how they sound.
Sounds like it was more of a camera issue. Sometimes cameras are “selective” in the audio they record in an attempt to normalize sound and minimize blowouts, and also depends on where this POV was sitting. That last note in Defying Gravity seemed to let you hear exactly how loud her voice was compared to the orchestra. Probably because she started singing that last note before the orchestra comes in, so the camera’s microphone magnetized toward that. But because this music is so percussion/drums heavy that the microphone would magnetize towards that and normalize the volume at that level, basically making the vocals almost muted. Cameras are not always the best at capturing audio acoustically which is why different audio bootlegs from the same Broadway theatre can often sound so different even though the show is EQ’d the same every day. You wouldn’t be able to hear exactly how it sounds unless you were actually there.
I agree 100%.. Unfortunately she said on a "live feed" that it was vocally and physically exhausting and that she would never do it again.. But even still she is the best voice to ever grace the Wicked/Broadway stage!
Every time I watch this skate I bawl. Kurt has been my idol for over 8 years. Which isn’t much but he has been my inspiration. Each time I thought about quitting I would just watch his old skates and I’d fall back in love again
He is my all time FAVORITE ice skater, I truly wish I could of seen him live. Some of my best memories are watching him skate at Grandma's house. Best wishes for the rest of your life 🙏
