I sure can with my 90hd CMC spider lift. I will hit the switch to disable bypass and go through that smooth as butter and I can fit through 36" in gate, not sure that contraction can do that.
If you get it going fast enough, you can probably smash through every other obstacle this will ALWAYS encounter. At least the 10 degree alarm will usually be there for you, too.
anyone know which wire disconnects the annoying beep? I know it's a safety thing, but people in neighborhoods have complained... I messed with it a little while but didn't want to tear anything up. Any help would be great!
The nifty is my office. I cut out of it every day daily. You can go literally anywhere. If you do happen to get down into someplace a you can’t get out of it only need a little assistance. Only downfall is the the pad presser limit switches can create moisture and freeze up and tell the machine a pad isn’t down. But that being said the machine is from Texas and here in Minnesota it’s a learning curve to its temperament. Only one thing I hate is the leveling bubble is a pain to see.
you make some great informative videos, what is the advantage of this lift compared to regular bomlift without out riggers ? like manitou atj200 or jlg 460 ?
At only 8,700lbs the Nifty SD64 is more then half the weight of a conventional lift. Easier to transport and easier on terrain. An equal lift with no out riggers JLG 600AJ is 22,740lbs
Just because You notched a tree from a lift and it fell on you doesn’t mean everyone’s an idiot. Plus. He notched on the direction of most limb weight.
Love that argument for this. Just take out a fence panel. Most are 8 foot wide. You will have that fence out by the time you got a tracked lift down the drive
thanks.... we do log home restoration sodablasting , we can put that lift in spots that no other lift would dream of getting in and working.......... this thing rocks.....
@@CompactEquipmentStor that’s literally the only time you should be wearing a harness on a static lift mate. When driving over bumps the throw can fucking launch you seen it happen.
daryl There are some zerks on the steering/suspension, but the boom pins are greaseless. Over time I'll keep an eye on my pins for wear, but not having to grease the many joints is a benefit for the short term and it's not that uncommon on lifts.
