Watching Hal-mo-neem take care of her daughter, who just had a daughter is very heart warming as well as an interesting part of life as one generation helps the next bring up the next next generation.
AHHHH!!! CONGRATULATIONS!! Life had been busy for me so I had somehow missed all of the pregnancy videos, so it was an incredible surprise to see a postpartum one pop up for you!! So happy for you both!
Recently, I had to give those injections to my mum after she had surgery. It hurts less if you let your husband administer the shot slightly above your butt cheek.
Try to remember most moms have to do all of that the day they get home... I can't help but feel a slight ick from this. It's probably jealousy but I am okay with that.
First time post, but a big KE fan. I'd like to share a story as this video seriously made me think about my experiences. My (now ex-wife) went into labor around on the first of January. She had complications with birth and had to do emergency C-section. The interesting thing was that at the time, she didn't speak English and all the instruction was with me and then the OBGYN on levels of anesthesia, how she felt, etc. When my daughter came out, she was crying hysterically and after they cleaned her (still crying) they brought her to us and immediately stopped crying, just like you. I remember just sobbing with my ex-wife as our daughter rested between us. Your video reminded me of that particular day. By the way, her name is Julia. Eighteen years later, she is still the love of my life. Gabie and Josh, What a wonderful vlog. Cherish this. It passes in a blink of an eye.
i usually enjoy the videos without leaving comments, but i finally sat down to watch this one after coming back from a vacation and i'm crying into my soup TT... i miss my mom
