MPs need to understand that CDF is not their personal kasaka kandalama but the people’s money. So they cannot have such an unhealthy attachment to CDF. Their job as law makers is to legislate instead of focusing who commissioned what! It’s alarming that the debate descended to who gets free fuel🤔
