Doesn't canva allow only 5 domains?? And mobile responsiveness also very bad and cant be edited.... Is there a way to bypass it.. if there is, can you explain it please...
Hi, yes you are right. You can only link up 5 domains but if you have a simple website like mine, then it is completely worth it. You end up saving up to 300dlls a year if not more. If you need a more complex website, then I would not recommend Canva because it is limited.
I am not sure why I got this recommended, but I can leave an opinion on this :) Canva is much easier and it is made for basic users that don't understand basic website principles. End result of canva is really bad, page you created around min 10 is not mobile responsive and canva is not meant to be used for professionals website, personal portfolios and people who don't care much about how their website looks or works is great, since you can just drag and drop around items to your liking. On the other hand Webflow is much harder to learn, because main target group of Webflow are designers & developers who are creating professional websites. Webflow uses perfect HTML & CSS structure for their websites and they host their websites on amazon servers with anycast IP solution, meaning websites are ultra fast all around the world. They have insanely much more options than Canva such as CMS, more SEO options, and all I said previously plays big role in SEO, etc etc. So yea, I am not saying that you made a mistake, I am just trying to point out a difference between this two products. Shortly, webflow is made for high level websites for companies that care about their online presence, and canva is made for newbies who are fine with bad sites
Thank you. Now that Amazon Smile as of Feb 2023 is going away and limiting the organization to choose from; I decided it was time to opt out. I used my app. I was able Turn off AmazonSmile
Thanks so much. I was about to sign up and name NARAL as beneficiary. But experience has taught me you cannot get rid of UBER or G2, so I searched. Now I can put NARAL on Smile with no regrets. ☮
Thank you, this was crazy and I couldn't have done it without your research. My charity ended and suddenly my e-mails for Amazon ads were defaulting to Smile (they hadn't) so I couldn't even get to the item of possible interest to me. There's just nothing easy to find for this disconnect. It should be easy.
Thank you so very much for your video! You saved me a lot of time. I wanted to stop donating to a particular charity and went around in circles for about 5 minutes before I found your video. Amazon makes it easy to change a donation, but not to stop one.
Thank you! I tried. The layout is different, but I found it out. After several attempts I got the same message - my request it incomplete. Wonder if the want EIN
WOW thank you so much. I spent hours trying to opt out of amazon smile. Since in reality only 0.5 percent of my purchase is being given to the charitable organization which is extremely small then it feels like it is just a gimmick to get consumers to purchase on Amazon and feel good to donate to charitable causes at no cost to the consumer. However, this big rich Amazon company is only giving for example $2.50 of a $500 purchase. So for all the lower-priced purchases, it comes out costing Amazon only pennies which is not worth it. so I did what you said and it worked. A BIG THUMPS UP TO YOU
Thank you a thousand times! I fought so long with amazon about this. Their support is a disrespect to all customers. I had seen that contact link a few times but never got the idea to just input anything as organisation.
This video does not explain how an Amazon member can opt out of Amazon Smile. The link the video takes you to is for a charitable organization to remove themselves from the list of charities that Smile will donate to. When you do an online chat with an Amazon customer service rep, they do not know how to eliminate a Smile account from an Amazon subscriber and they will end up having a customer service rep call you to help you . . . and when that happens, the customer service rep will simply tell you "don't use the Smile website." There does not seem to be any way to remove a charity from your Amazon account once you've selected a charity. You can change the charity - but not remove it without replacing it with a different one.
You can also just delete the word smile in your url. For example: where you now see www.smile.amazon.com, just delete "smile" to get plain old www.amazon.com
Thank you! I hope it works. :/ I have very little faith in Amazon. I did have to put in an EIN number, so they've apparently changed that to make it harder. I just used the one they gave as an example, and that seemed to work.
Thanks! Where I live Amazon barely exists, I don't know how I end up subscribed to this annoying mailist and they offer no easy way to opt-out. I can't believe it isn't easier, even taking into account that GDPR has an statement about making unsubscribe buttons accessible...
You must have a EIN Number now. With out one the site will give you this message: this form was not submitted it did not pass our validation. message - malformed field input. I'm at a loss as to what to do next. Everything about this is shady!
Well news flash. I just went to my prime account and in the upper left it said amazon smile prime!!! What is going on? So how many accounts do I have? 3? Did they really just combine all my accounts? Can anyone tell me what's going on? So confused
