i got a question that i don’t think i’ve seen anyone ask, what’s happening with adrian? it’s not that important cus he’s third choice keeper but at the end of the season he it wasnt announced that he was leaving despite his contract expiring, does that mean he’s staying on for another year?
It would be a wise move for FSG to go for Ederson before his stock rises.Remember that he has just been drafted into the Brazilian senior squad for the coming Copa America. The same goes for Alan Varela.Remember full fledged internationals don't come cheap.
Bruno is amazing, I think he is better than Ederson right now, but if we consider the overall cost (transfer fee + salary), then It's more reasonable to go for the Atalanta midfielder, because we will still have a a lot of funds to bring in other players. Besides, the gap in their quality is not that much to cost extra 60 million pounds and Ederson is younger, taller and slightly more suited for DM even as a single pivot. In other circumstances, I would take Bruno anyday, but 100 million transfer fee (even in 3 installments) is too much since he'll probably require 180 000 - 200 000 million pounds salary (he's on 160 000 in Newcastle) as well while Ederson would be at least 3 times cheaper and is almost as good.
Would prefer to go for Ederson between the two - I can see us going to him just like Guimares for an inflated price in a year or two, let's get him now
@@gravitraxa-team8969Don’t see the point in getting him. Szoboszlai could thrive in that 10 role and we’ve got Harvey, Macca and Fabio who can all play there. Other positions need more strengthening, rather get 3 top players that are needed than 5 good players.
Salah is the fittest player in the liverpool squad, salah was top scorer and top assister at Christmas before the klopp announcement. Salah then realised what FSG had done, they knew klopp was going at the start of the season and didnt announce it so he couldnt leave. He also finished the season on the same amount of assists as de bruyne. With Nunez missing about another 10 assists he provided, this means salah would have been miles clear as the most assists in the prem. People arent factoring in these facts. You cant get rid of someone who's the fittest player in your squad and who would have been miles ahead in the assits rating if Nunez could finish. People saying we should be ruthless should note Nunez had the worst big chance conversion rate in the league. So if we need to be ruthless, then Nunez should be top of the list. I'd keep both. Only players out of the attacking options that we have that doesnt want to stay are Diaz. If salah wants to stay and does stay, I will make a bold prediction. He will have the most assists and possibly most goals in the league next season, maybe even both. Yall can come back when Im right if he stays. Where in the world are we going to buy a player as fit as salah who will score 20/30 goals and assist 20/30 goals next season ??
Literally fans turning their back on one of the best rw in the league who still is putting up great numbers but because of a collective effort from the whole squad it’s supposedly his fault and that we should bin him😭
@@dd-shadow6155 I find it truly amazing. His assists stats would have been through the roof had nunez not missed so many big chances. He has lost a tiny bit of pace. But his productivity was still amazing upto Christmas. And even afterwards wasn't that bad. He stays he will get 20/30 goals and 20/30 assists. Who are we going to get who is proven at this level and who's going to get those numbers. Even if we got 150m , there isn't a player out there available who will produce this. It's amazing how quickly some of our fans have turned on Mo. I truly believe his form fell off a bit when he realised Fsg knew at the start of last season Klopp was going and they left it til mid season so Mo couldnt/wouldn't leave at the start of the season
@@joeexotic5831 I mean if your teammates are going through a slump more time than not you’re going to be affected and think that’s what’s happened to Salah while also playing coming back from injury and then playing through the injury. Sure as you said the pace fell off and he’s getting older but he still has the creativity while adapting to a new role in his position
@dd-shadow6155 Totally agree. Salah still finished with the same amount of assists as de bruyne. And that's factoring in Nunez had the worst big chance conversion rate in the prem. Add to that coming back from injury and the klopp news. Salah will win the lactate tests this season, same as he did the last. So that means people want to sell the fittest player and the player with the most goal involvements and cash in. Makes no sense to me, unless you can assure that the player bought In will equal his output. But that player doesn't exist unless you buy mbappe
Anyone with a level head is very happy with what Jim is doing at United, from his back room staff overhaul and his insistence on professionalism from every aspect of the staff, from the janitors to the top. Don't know why anybody would be laughing mate, he's setting a new standard for everyone involved within Manchester United...damned if you do damned if you don't, isn't he.
1. We couldn’t afford him. Please, don’t start about the Caicedo deal because that was because of the sales of Hendo and Fab which was after Arsenal already signed Rice. 2. If we did go on and spend that money we would’ve went for Jude instead of Rice. 3. Let’s say we got Rice, we probably wouldn’t have signed Macca, Endo, Ryan and Szoboszlai because we got them with the ‘Caicedo money’ which would’ve left us with just Curtis, Harvey, Clark, McConnell and Rice. Now, if you ask me, that midfield ain’t winning the premier league.
@@Larsd69rice alone plays and is worth more than gravenberch, endo, jones together, it's better to have a star than three common players, none of the 3 mentioned would be even city's nanco
@@wendellhenrique3296 Never said any of them are better than Rice, you just missed the point. It was either a midfield of Mac Allister, Szoboszlai and Endo with Curtis, Ryan and Harvey as subs which is a balanced midfield OR it was just Rice alongside Curtis and Elliot with Clark and McConnell as our subs. And saying him alone is better than those 3 players is also just pure stupidity. You’re telling me if we’d play 4-1-3 with Rice in the middle we’d play better than 4-3-3 with Endo, Jones and Ryan.
@@Larsd69 Or Liverpool could have had a midfield of Rice- Mac Allister- Szoboszlai with Ryan Gravenberch, Jones, Elliot and McConnell as back up? Have you ever thought about that?
@wendellhenrique3296 no chance if a relegated keeper is 20 mill , Kelleher is well worth more for with European experience & played as 1st keeper half the season for a top tier club.
Ever seen a guy fall for the same high hopes only to fall flat on his face , craig just give it up for christ sake , learn from every time you get your hopes up spouting drivel about big transfers from FSG , you are the most gullible guy on the internet
First of all Diaby would’ve nevr been able to up Salah numbers this season also oshimen stated that he wanted to stay at Napoli I think for another year last year
Diaz's shooting technique is the problem. He does everything well up to this point. Could be that it plays on his mind too much or maybe he tries too hard to make sure of conversion. He needs to relax a bit and let his natural ability lead the situation.
Agreed, much like Nunez everything upto the final shot is world class. If you can get both of them to convert those efforts more then you have 2 world class forwards
