Inzi was a failure in the subsequent world cups and choked badly. His away record in test matches in Australia and South Africa are average-below average. The only reason he survived was because he played for Pakistan where sucking up works. Imagine how many really talented sportsmen could not play for Pakistan because of failures like him, Shahid Afridi and many like them. Pakistani cricket will not progress when really talented sportsmen are not given chances.
Inzy is overrated player 30 avg vs aus ,100 31 avg vs sa 0,100s in tests In odis he scored 10 100s 4 vs ind 4 vs sl 1 vs zim 1 vs nz Again same story 0,100s vs aus avg 30 0 ,100s vs sa avged 30 0 100s vs wi avgwd 30 Inzy is very good player but not in the league of greats
This aus team was damn un competable.no one was able to win them from 1999 to 2007. This team was should be a great nightmare for the entire cricket world
If you are playing really quick bowlers, you have to make an initial backfoot movement and then go front if need be. Thats the advantage Inzi had of getting a bit of extra time whereas other subcontinental players were always going front foot first and then back if need be, because of their habit of playing in low slow wickets.
watched some of these matches as a 10 year old oblivious of what was going on. We indians were told where to sit, couldn't mix with the whites (God forbid). Some of this is still prevalent today.
Dude…why post this video? Did Aloo score a century or something? He played …ONE defensive stroke in the entire video. Pakistani are the laughing stock of world cricket…if not the world itself
lol! Look at the score. Stop paying these cricketers so much money….only to watch them lose again and again and again. Put that money back in hockey…at least we’ve won something in that. I mean…the irony is that the man that helped Pakistan to their SINGLE World Cup has been jailed by his own ungrateful country. Stop posting these videos and glorifying these losers.
6 one day hundreds? Yeah…real legend we got ourselves here. How any hundreds does Sachin have? I’m Pakistani, but sorry….Inzamam was nowhere near Sachin.
It is so sad that we continue to ostracize and vilify our West Indian players who went on that rebel tour, but we do very little to stand up to our cricket administrators who continue to oversee the ruins of West Indies Cricket. We have such a great cricketing brand, or should i say had, now we are the subject of pity and ridicule. Our fan base continues to dwindle while those who remain loyal are left to feast on a few victories here and there, and reminisce on our great past players. How the once mighty and feared West Indies has fallen. What does this say about our ability to manage our affairs as a region?
After going back to their respective islands, and still not being recognised for their test cricket deeds, because of the rebel tours is pathetic. Lawrence Rowe, is still the only opener to score a triple century on debut. He averaged about 65, by the age of 27, before other issues forced him into an early retirement. They've done their time. About time their own people appreciated just how great they were.
