Check the System Date and Time Zone on your computer. Make sure it is correct. If you are using a proxy connection, then disable proxy and see if it works. To disable proxy, open Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Connections tab > LAN settings > Uncheck Use Proxy server > Apply.

I solved a similar server stumbled problem and made a vid if u wanna check it out...the reset command doesn't always work and the proxy server doesn't cause many problems but it does help to have it off
