I feel blessed to had the opportunity to met Alfred. A great person. He was a captivating witness of the space adventure.
Outstanding tribute to Al, thank you for capturing his spirit through the heartfelt stories and love from his colleagues, friends and family. Look forward to contributing to the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation in his memory. His legacy continues and will never be forgotten.
I would like to add that Al’s grandson’s takes on “Early Morning Rain” and “Mother Nature’s Son” were beautiful and poignant bookends to this celebration. Well done, Will Penczak! I’d love to download them if they’re available.
A terrific tribute to an amazing human being. I only met him once, but what an incredible encounter. Today, they call it “authenticity”... they should place his photo next to the word in the dictionary. Such humility. Such grace. And such humor! I’m glad I could witness this tribute. Ad Astra, Colonel.
I have had the great pleasure to meet Al for two times at "Autographica" in London. He was a funny person and we had very nice chats. I will never forget these beautiful encounters with Al, a great man and astronaut.God bless him.

A great tribute for an amazing soul. RIP Al. It was a true honor to met you.
What a beautiful tribute to a great American hero and humble, hilarious man. I've always looked up to Al, and now I'll need to look even higher... May he rest in heavenly peace.
I am so fortunate to have gotten to know Al, just a bit, in the last 10 years, and feel even more privileged to have come to call him a friend. I will never forget telling jokes with him and hearing his inimitable laugh - or how he made everyone around him feel comfortable despite the fact that we all knew we were in the presence of a man whose accomplishments were truly sublime. "Greatness" is a word used far too promiscuously, but Al is a man who embodied it - and not just because he was lucky enough to fly to the moon. I will miss him greatly. Thank you for all the good times, Al - and for all the good works you leave behind. Ad astra my friend.
I recently received one of the last photographs that Al signed before his passing. Al was an inspiration to many and it was quite a surreal moment for me that brought into focus the distinct honor of sharing this pale blue dot alongside the great men who first dared to leave it. Per aspera ad astra, Al
Thank you to everyone that joined to watch this tribute in real time. It has been a strange year, moreso because I didn't have Al's humour and life view at the end of the phone! But I am so pleased so many joined today and helped his family and friends to say goodbye to such an amazing guy!. xxx
A wonderful tribute for a wonderful man. Al touched many people with his warmth, deeds and words of inspiration. What a life to have lived. The light of his candle will never extinguish.
Thank you all, and especially Tom Kallmann and his team for this amazing opportunity to honor Al Worden. I meet Al several times at Paris and Farnborough Air Show and I was blessed to work with him. He was a friend, full of kindness and always joking. I miss him dearly.🥀
This is a lovely tribute to such a kind, genuine person with a splendid sense of humour. We were extremely honoured that Al was the patron of MajorTim.space for many years. He will always be a wonderful inspiration for people of all ages. We miss him very much.

A wonderful tribute to a wonderful man who was a great example and mentor to all of us at NASA. And fun to hang out with, especially in Cocoa Beach! Thanks for this meaningful tribute. Very AL! Frank C
Al was married to my cousin Jill for many years. Not only was Al a Great American, he was also a great husband! He will be missed but I am honored to have known him.

Al was an incredible mentor and friend. Always candid and truthful - ever a champion of the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation and a reliable crew mate when you needed him. May he now Rest In Peace! Charlie B.
