Ugh, as a 35 year resident and former realtor in Las Vegas NV when people relocated from Seattle, WA or anywhere in California, they drove up our real estate prices. They would come in and pay cash and beat out anyone needing to finance a home. I was so sad for my first time homebuyers and families looking to get into larger homes. I hope that doesn't happen in Charlotte... sounds like it probably already has. 😥
My family and I are actively looking to find our home in Matthews. Currently living in Waxhaw which is great but just want a change. Thanks for the video.
Tell the truth who moves in the diffrent states the poor homeless from the other countrys and poor homless from the prison from jail from different states they move every year to 3 years back and forth there poor ho.eless killers .
Thanks for the video! I have been researching the Charlotte metro area for a while now. We absolutely LOVE Ballantyne, but the prices have gone so high there! Now we’re looking closer at Fort Mill. We are also moving from Florida. I’ve been down here 14 years (originally from CA) and have never loved it. The oppressive heat and humidity for more than half the year and the worsening hurricane season has made it so we want to get out. Since you also relocated from Florida, is there anything you really miss about it? My husband is concerned about missing the beach and being more landlocked in Charlotte. I know the coast is only a few hours, but not something we would likely go to that often if we move up. Thank you!
Hey! Thanks for watchin, I honestly mean it when I say there is not really anything that I miss about Florida.. other than the seafood options maybe :) but the Carolina beaches are wonderful and not as busy as the Florida beaches. If you LOVE LOVE being by the water consider being close to the lakes here, There is a variety of homes available :) Id love to connect reach out and lets chat! 727-348-7063
@@DiscoverCLT thanks for that! And I think I would be right there with you on not really missing Florida lol! 😂 we are still about a year out from being able to move but I will keep following your channel for more info! Thank you
Hey ! Ballantyne is great! Lots of shopping, easy commute, great homes , great schools ! And they have a huge project called Ballantyne backyard . They just opened a new brewery to help he community feel !! But I agree the traffic on Johnston and Rea rd can be pretty bad !!!! But overall a great area. I’d love to know what business your in :)
Thank you for this video. I’ll be moving to the area this Friday. I forgot to add, if you can do a video around the Unionville area, school system, etc.
Im glad i watched your video because i seen an apartment in tryon hills and its close to panther stadium yet it was somewhat confusing because the people looked sketchy yet its near a nice area like the stadium
Hello I live in FL and thinking about relocating. We do remote work so internet speed is a must. Do you have any cities you recommend in tge 300-350k range. New houses. I don't mind living 45-60 min away from Charlotte as long as there's a hospital not too far away. Thank you
Hey ! There are ton of options, depends on what your needing , charlotte even has some. Take a look at Monroe :) Send me your email and I’ll make sure I get those to you :) 727-348-7063 or brandy@movewithbrandy.com
lol. wonder when was the last time florida had 65-70 degree summer temps. i lived there for 25 years as an adult and would say 95-105 would be more accurate. great video though. ty
Sadly, families with children will need to afford non-public schools. Very seriously, it's not safe. If you go to a school office and ask for a walk thru or to buy & have lunch in the cafeteria, you will see the behavior & immediately know. The school system works very hard to COVER UP the violence as local TV stations, WBTV and others, work continuously investigating the school systems handling of reported sexual violence and assaults. Please keep your children safe.
Hey Brandy! Could you do a video of just on Concord, just like the southend and Kannapolis videos? Interested to see what its like, people say everything is spread out.
Love Camp North End! My husband is fascinated with Camp North End (he's in the military). We walk around reading all the historical markers. I'm happy they left some of the history here for us to learn.
