The only thing I think they did wrong with the place was plant Bradford pear trees. NEVER EVER plant Bradford pear trees in your property. At a certain age they are guaranteed to split, they’re an invasive species, their roots will cause all kinds of problems and damage, and when you decide to get rid of them you have pull out almost every single root or else they will sprout up continually.

Covid destroyed so much for so many people. The cost of keeping it open during COVID was far too much.
