Just doing kid stuff and building cool stuff (with a little help from my Dad). Fabrication, welding and wrenching on some awesome projects is the goal!
This thing is awesome. I'm currently working on what I'm calling the Tri-bucket. It's an old Honda atc110 with a wheelbarrow around the seat and a harbor freight motor. This is great inspiration to finish the project. I completed the first step today, which was to flip the axle so the new motor will actually drive it forward instead of in reverse.
I am building brake linkage for my XS650 bobber with mechanical brakes on the back. It had a caliper for disc but I figured it would be easier just to use a mechanical that I had laying around.
People always underestimate what kids know how to do I could do most if not all this stuff when I was younger to but now it sounds to me like I’m tryna be rude which I’m not
Im glad to see a young guy like you using your hands and tools like this, i give you a big warning about gloves and spinning tools, you can easily get your glove caught in the tool and loose a finger or 2,the gloves will actually rip your fingers off
Awesome work little guy! My son is 6 and I hope he takes on that work shop work ethic you have going for yourself. You keep doing what your doing and you will do great things in fabricating during your life and more then just that. You got big things ahead of you for your future. Great job.
