i think the difference is that the admission fee is expensive in phillipino peso but we're viewing the price from a western living view point, a vip 3 day pass was ₱15,000, which is only like 250 usd which isnt a lot to US all things considered and but to people living in the phillippines they on average only make ₱44,800 a month if that, which is about 800 USD. in CAD that's the average price of rent per month for a 1bd 1 bath and half of what id make monthly at my old job. it's not a lot of money to US but it is to them, i think that's why people had issue with the admission prices along it being a shittily planned and ran event.

Finland already has this issue sorted If you own more than one home and don’t spend more than 45% of the year living in the house then you have to pay extra taxes. The rich people don’t want to pay extra taxes and aren’t the ones living in the homes so they don’t have a monopoly on houses. Gears 2 had the best campaign, but I never liked Gears 2 multiplayer. I'd rather play any of the other gears multiplayer than 2's, including Judgment. It always felt so slow and inconsistent. I remember going back to playing Gears 1 multiplayer and only hopping on 2 when my friends REALLY wanted me to play it until Gears 3 came out.
i gave up owning a home a long time ago. I'm fine with renting. i can see wanting a house if you're starting a family, but if not there's really no reason to get a house. the suburbs suck anyway
the simple solution is to add a 10% property for owning more than 4 homes. for example 4 homes, regular property tax 5 homes, 4 paid normal 5th pays 10 extra and if 6 houses , 4 are normal 10+ for 5th , 20+ for 6th

He literally took a pause and a moment to think with a few umms before answering that question. I've been playing No More Room In Hell since its beta pre-steam, its an amazing game and I've so excited for the sequel. I love the zombie genre so I'm always hyped for the next iteration in the genre.
