30:16 I wouldn't refer to a taxiway as a Non-Movement area (as long as it's controlled by ATC)

@@glorytoglorzo5591 anybody working on a live airfield whether there is aircraft or not must wear a hi viz. We do at Heathrow and Gatwick anyway

do you measure length and width of contaminated area or do you just use the declared with of the RWY and only measure the length?

No need to publish SNOWTAM on dry / RWYCC 6 conditions. Tower will handle by radio to aircraft if the runway is dry or wet, no need for reporting by airport personnel. Please contact info@moventor.com for more information.
