Configuration Hello I bought an x32 rack I have in configuration an X32 Compact for the facade with a Box DL32 Midas internship, with WiFi Router,.My question I was told that we could have a different EQ between the facade and the returns I speak of EQ EQ and not of the eq master on returns.If you have configuration I am interested, the connection everything works with the sound, but nothing works in EQ on each edge on the returns.Routing connection I start from the AES50-A of the compact to the X32 rack in B and then a rack to the A DL32 Midas Small details the inputs and outputs are coughing connected to the DL32 Midas
Hello Midas! So you can add external hardware FX and compressors to this mixer via the aux inputs on the rear? and use as sends and or inserts? Also could you add a hardware buss compressor for example to a stereo drum buss group? Thanks!
please update the Driver(Firmwire) of Midas Venice Firewire 16 24 32 ,to make it work it with New Mac M1 M2 M3 , apple silicon . a lot of us Venice Firewire user really don't want to loose our venice F mixer ! plz ! SO many people ask on GearSpace, Apple,Reddit , come on just let old original engineer wirte some new software to save us , we have a group ! wed like the pay the software!!!!!!
Would be very nice with more channels, and also to be able to change volume per channel within Brainwave. As it is now, I have to make a separate Aux per instrument (or group) per Brainwave mix, if I want them to have different volumes. Or does "Distance" change the volume as well?
Tried this in Cincinnati this weekend. But, I was trying to run my m32c/ dl32 as a IEM rack, and send to FOH(m32r). M32c to dl32 was on Aes50 A and ran Aes50 B to foh console. We set internal clock on foh to Aes50 B. No signal.
You want your IEMs coming from the DL32, right? And your mains from the M32R? That way you can control your IEMs with your m32c and still be able to control your mains (FOH mix) on your m32r. The only way to achieve this is to link the mixers directly. What I do is that I have my DL32 plugged into my x32 compact (which I use as monitor mixer) through AES50A and all my inputs go to there. Then I link this X32 Compact with my M32 via AES50B (since the "A" is being used with the DL32). I need to setup the routing correctly though. So, on the AES50B Output tab I make sure that I'm sending the correct channels. Then gotta do the routing on the M32 which is done on the Input tab. Of course, the M32 clock has to be set to whatever AES50 port you're using. I hope this makes sense.
Hi there My workplace is getting a Midas M32R mixer and the DL32. Can I route four inputs (line level) directly to two outputs in the DL32 without having to do so from the M32R mixer? To have DL32 act as a kind of a splitter box, I dont want to use a DI box. Thanks.
I know this console is discontinued and this video is pretty old now but does @midas or anyone know if this compressor is based off of a specific circuit or unit? I love this plugin and would like to find something like it for ITB mixing. Thank you!
Well we are glad you like it so much but unfortunately it's not based on anything in particular. It's just a good multiband compressor that was implemented for XL8!
I have 4 turbosound monitors 3 of which have fried, with smoke, and no longer work. And no satisfaction from Behringer. Ultranet great move forward for sound but very unhappy with the ts monitors. Using monitors live they were never pushed even halfway, never pushed to distortion, not even close. Satisfied with sound and price but I have speakers over 20 years old and still in use with zero issues. Put a god damn fan in your TFX122's.
hi all i have setup M32 using a matrices for audio feed to a creche, however when i save the scene everything is saved EXCEPT for the MTX master level. All other Buses and LR are saved but each time mixer is powerd up the MTX master is at minium. Any idea on this, have checked scene safes and all seem to be correct
