@@LOOIS2k0 funny enough, they did eventually tell me to stop filming. (Even though you can film it all on your phone, said the guard) I was curious to see if I would be questioned at the entry gate. But was happy to get through with no issues.
@@chudakorovlive7521 in all honesty, I believe the high noon sun helped greatly with this. If you are referring to the shot in Central Park where the protagonist stands in the middle of the bridge. I always film in s-709 and just lower the shadow / boost highlights. Always making sure I’m not over exposing in the moment.
Amazinggg. FX3 is so easy to travel with, so glad to have it. Was able to make a video pretty similar to this in New Zealand. Would love to hear what you think about it. Keep going 🔥
(4K VERSION) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nFVNoJDfxqI.htmlsi=zCUB_GyqNFQ9DfIz Thank you all for you support. Here is the 4k Version. Let me know what you think!
@@AsimpleTale Great video! Wonderful framing and colors. I was just looking for a comment about the render though. The quality is a bit blocky and low res, I'm guessing your export settings were not quite optimized. What NLE are you using? If you want maximum quality on youtube, render the video at 4k, even if the actual video is only 1080. It will trick youtube into thinking it's 4k video and use a higher bitrate and better quality, so even if it's actually only a 1080p source, it will be a lot higher quality 1080p in a 4k container. Also render to a format with high bitrate and low compression so that the file you upload is as clean as possible before upload. Bitrates and compression can be a bit of a tricky and confusing subject but if you want max quality with minimal effort, render as DNxHR or as HQ Prores, which are both high bitrate intraframe codecs, and you can upload the .mxf file straight to youtube which will ensure the maximum quality (before youtube recompresses it, which you have limited control over).
I just found that my upload max was set to 1080p .. Now I am faced with the option of either deleting and re uploading to maximum quality or leaving as is.. Decisions decisions. I appreciate your knowledge. @@AxelKozber
@@AsimpleTale You could always unlist this one temporarily, upload a higher quality one and just see how it turns out. I know I definitely would like to see this again in higher quality. I have 4k screens and especially with nature and landscapes I like to see and feel all the texture. Up to you
magnificent opening shots! Those mountains in the distance are amazing. And "On The Nature of Daylight" is such a beautiful song. Please keep filming more! I've made two documentary portraits-one featuring a person chasing dreams in New York City, and the other exploring the aspirations of an aspiring actress in London. Would be happy to hear your thoughts
The song alone move mountains.. Thank you for your kind words. As a film maker / Actor chasing dreams in NYC sounds amazing. Ill be sure to check it out (:
I thought this video was gonna have 1M+ views after watching it but I guess not yet. Beautiful. Made me wanna move to Utah at the beginning. Then I realized I just gotta enjoy what beauty I have
