Hi there folks, and welcome to my channel! I'm Mike and I started this channel after hiking a section of the Bruce Trail - an 890 KM trail that runs from Queenston (just outside of Niagara Falls) to Tobermory, Ontario. While I researched the trail, I came across a number of videos of hikers who completed the trail, but showed very little of the trail itself. As a new hiker with no experience, this really didn't help me at all prepare for the hike I was about to embark on.

This channel will explore a multitude of trails strewn across Ontario (and hopefully beyond!) while focusing on the trails themselves, my experiences, challenges, and hints for anyone who has taken up this wonderful thing called hiking and backpacking. I'll also dive into some of the gear I use on the trail with reviews, and mistakes made along the way.
