Nice "comeback" set at 10:50; wanted to see Big Band vs Annie matchup coz my friend mains Annie and I like playing Big Band. On our level there'd be lots of parry opportunities since she uses the sword slashes a lot but I never know how to follow up.
In 2.0, can you do the land cancel without actually attacking? Edit: Also, if you can still do it, how do you? I only know how to land cancel into an attack.
@@JustMK_1 how long your button press for whatever button you used to land cancel lasts will determine if you get a button, a slight tap will get you nothing while anything longer will get yuo a button
aaaaaaa I've been at this for a couple days now and I can't get it consistently at all. Like wtf is this, why do my hands have to break the sound barrier for this combo to work! The only upside to the throbbing pain I feel when attempting these combos is the hope that the muscle/bone in my fingers will grow back stronger and allow me to move them faster.
I’m getting a lot of info on how I should start utilizing Carmine and I can send this to my Neo friends to get an idea of the pressure that they can do. Always appreciate your vids unsafe.
It's always nice to see a fellow Naoto.K player. Especially when they do combos I can only dream of (I suck with the shift sway dash cancel). I rarely come a cross any online.

Now that I’ve spent a bit more time in the lab. The fact that you’re doing the 5b dash cancels so effortlessly is honestly amazing. I need to work on getting my dash cancel fast enough for get med rekka out to get to the coveted damage I want.

It’s definitely not getting the dash cancel fast enough, it’s finding that timing off 5aaa to get the B buffer b rekka
do these combos still work? I have issues connecting any of them that involves 236 a. seems like 236 c is the only one of the 3 versions that consistently combos with carmines combo routes
Does the first combo still work I feel like it ain’t that hard just buffering the forward pretty much with 236B which after the 2nd forward 236B is buffered as well. I get it pretty quick don’t think I can get any much faster?
Koyrion No my fingers are fine, I don't put much pressure into how i hold or position my pad or my button presses, think memes are just coming from people who have poor management on how much force they apply to their inputs, but I also did UMVC3 Jill and C.Viper combos on a PS Vita so lol

You know there is one good naoto.K player in japan too,but he use narukami as front mainly use 4p. I think his naoto.K front isnt as good as you,so wo do you think about team narukami+naoto.K?Can they do the same thing like weiss+naoto.K ?wait for your reply.
I don't like Narukami with Naoto he doesn't have as good of Active Switch options as Weiss to benefit take advantage of the unique things Naoto brings to a team and his assists aren't too crazy for him either
I'm still not sure how you're canceling 5B so quickly. I don't see the start up frames of 5B at all. I've been trying to lab this but I just isn't as fast as you. When you say hitstop, are you saying the moment 5AAA connects and you are just buffering right at that point? Because I'm trying that and I still see 5B start up before the dc happens.
LinkZero64 that point in time is what im referring too yes you hit 5B there but because it still hasn't come out yet you have to wait a slight bit before you do 66 doing it too fast makes 5B come out you have to have proper timing
Yeah what unsafe is trying to say is the hitstop is where the auto combos end during the string. Example is when 5aaa naoto does the elbow auto combo, the elbow has a hitstop when he does the elbow, thats when you press 5b and buffer 66 to the dash cancel. If you press it too fast, 5b would just come out
Unsafeonhit i’ve been labbing the dash cancels, so far im able to make the 5aaa to 5b dash cancel safe on block at times but im not able to do enhanced rekkas without getting hit.😖
If you look at this inputs you can see that he does 5AAA 5B 2366B. So he buffers the 236 motion before the dash motion, to get the fastest possible 236B after dash. He doesn't do 66 > 236B, he does 23(66)B.
