Taking profits or holding for 100x has to be dependent on your conviction to the trade, no? Either way, maybe it's best to take out your initial capital so you don't feel as bad if the coin round trips back to 0.
Whatever your retirement figure is should be enough so long as lifestyle inflation doesn't creep up on you. Lifestyle inflation being - now that you have more money and wanting the nicer designer clothing or upgrading to the more luxurious car. You mention people maintaining their wealth through the bear market as stressful, I'd reckon that stress won't compare to the new fellow with a 3 figure portfolio trying to make it in crypto and relying on it for the next rent payment. So it sounds like all the news traders that moved to memecoins has seen more success lately compared to the ones who have purely stayed in news trading?
Love these long talks, more alpha in this free flow rant than the usual autistic ticker tracking (not that those aren't good alpha at all, they're great too)
I would imagine the desire to live eternally depends on how much wealth the individual has which could be related to their daily stress levels - a billionaire would more likely desire eternal life versus a homeless person for example.
That's a great point. Didn't really consider that. But the billionaire is still going to run into the philosophical question of whether immortality is worth it at some point. We also have to consider if they feel all pain and pleasure as well or if that can just be filtered out in their AR bodies.
Nothing scary about diversification of your assets - there's a great benefit to owning the property you live in versus renting where there's zero uncertainty in if the landlord is going to evict you. That may be worth a peace of mind all on its own. I haven't really noticed much difference between your edited vlogs and your regular vlogs, so I'd say keep filming the vlogs unedited as you've been doing all along.
Next FOMC meeting takes place Sept 17-18th, with Powell's presser on the 18th. Curious what source Walter Bloomberg got the 50 bp cut from, as there's great debate as to what the Fed will do - 25 or 50 bps. The first cuts are a sign that pain is coming in the near future as the Fed tries to stave off an increase in the rate of unemployment, perhaps a big recession that leads into the "Golden Bear" market that you've mentioned? Thanks for the tip about camping the deployer - curious what you like to keep an eye out for given the rate that coins get minted on it and the high frequency of honey pots that make up a large portion of it.
Thanks for the vlog. I enjoy watching the longer vlogs as a summary of recent crypto activity when life gets busy and you can't spend your entire day in front of the screen.
"I was watching your videos about the game 'The Last War,' but I can’t find them on your channel anymore. If you're no longer interested in the game, could you give me your account? Thank you."
Attention is what drives the price for memecoins - the more eye you can get on a listing, the higher the likelihood someone will buy the coin which will drive the price higher and cause the repeat cycle of driving more eyes to the listing.
25k in profits basically guaranteed after putting in 1M on leverage and accounting for slippage seems pretty darn good. Good to know that some botting techniques still remain profitable. Let’s go summer of duff!
What's your take on Kang's view that the ETH ETF will mark a local top and implies that it's been priced in this entire time? Thanks again for keeping this style of vlog, much easier to digest the content in this style.
How on fucking earth are these high scores possible??!!!!! Whenever I play the ball simply falls down the middle and I can't do a fucking thing about it!!!! How do you tilt properly????!!!! NO ONE ON THE INTERNET HAS EXPLAINED IT EVEN CLOSE TO WELL ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can't really do much with the money you make from crypto trading if you can't enjoy it in a healthy and active manner. Exercising also helps with the mental part of trading - being able to reset your mindset can be helpful after stressful trading days.
Why are u doing these kinda videos. Barely anyone is watching them, not even speaking of understanding what in the world you want to express with them.
Pretty tough to predict price action far out in the future. Hence why news trading is still the best way to trade - given that you can be certain of the price action moments after the event occurs. Good call on that arb trade, too bad you couldn't make it happen before while you were still holding the pudgies.
