Some parts of Elmina is the flights path of Subang Airport. I was at Ilham Residence and from 1130 to 1230 hrs, 4 aircrafts flew over and the noise left me speechless. Not sure if I am able to tolerate it when I move-in next year ( 2023)
We all know all the park, no matter how beautiful they are but at Sat and Sun night. They all become pasar malam with those irresponsible people picnic and throwing rubbish everywhere

i thought s.darby is a glc, doing a business with the government policy in mind. it looks like its no longer the case, the property is tak mampu milik, more towards high end segment of sociery.
