Hello Miro, You always recommend BULGARIAN Tribulus. I bought some Bulgarian Tribulus based on your recomendation : 60% protodioscin. The bottle says take 2-3 pills per day (1 pill = 400 mg of Tribulus = 240 mg of protodioscin) However, even if I take only ONE pill in the morning, it REALLLLYYYYYY affects negatively the quality of my sleep at night..... Basically, I will sleep much less, wake up super early, and the sleep I get is not a deep restorative sleep but more agitated. What's your advice in this situation ???? THANKS BRO
@@biohackingformen yes...i have an appointment to endocrinologist monday and i hope to figure it out .( i start trt with enanthate by the way,its ok? what do you think?) 🙏
it is not theory but real study plus experience of many other guys suffering from PFS, so you need to stop talking shit....to your colonoscopy: Colonoscopy examines the colon and the end of the small intestine (terminal ileum), so inflammation in other parts of the small intestine (e.g., jejunum, duodenum) or the stomach cannot be seen. Some types of gut inflammation, such as microscopic colitis, may not be visible to the naked eye during colonoscopy and require biopsy and histological examination for diagnosis. Complementary Tests: Endoscopy: For inflammation in the upper gastrointestinal tract (esophagus, stomach, and duodenum), an upper endoscopy (esophagogastroduodenoscopy) is used. For inflammation in parts of the small intestine not reachable by colonoscopy, imaging tests such as capsule endoscopy, CT enterography, or MRI enterography may be used. Tests like fecal calprotectin or lactoferrin, and blood markers like C-reactive protein (CRP), can indicate inflammation but do not localize it specifically.
Okay… where are these real studies? I would love to read them. I have PFS but I’m tired of people making all kinds of bro science claims to get attention but they have nothing to back it up with.
@@user-zt2qy7nt1m this is not human study, but these guys are also connected to pfs guys, where they provide symptoms and so www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9687671/ ......their research is more focused on ALLO but I think that 5ar/AR is the main issues, there are studies confirming this
@@biohackingformen Alright good study. Of course it's on rats so we don't know how it relates to humans. But I definitely experienced gut inflammation/bloating after quitting finasteride. We don't know how long this lasts though. I'm 2 years in and like I said, it wasn't apparent during my colonoscopy. Perhaps if I had one at the 1 month post quitting mark they would have found inflammation.
Is it necessary to take a Vit b3 form that creates a flush effect on your skin? I red that this form has more benefits than other forms without the flush.
Epiandrosterone does not need 5AR to convert to DHT, is not estrogenic and uses Backdoor pathway.....I was talking about Backdoor pathway in many videos so from my view good option .....Tribulus works in similar way through DHEA but is weaker
@@biohackingformen yes of course in most of the countries look up about these new school non-methylated prohormones based on dhea molecule. Brands like hi-tech pharmaceuticals etc
Sodium Butyrate also acts as an HDAC inhibitor and and very good for brain and gut health and also has been studied in studies to alleviate the liver toxicity of valproate. Also helps producing mucus in the intestines and the colon.
epigenetic changes are changes in 5ar and AR...exactly what I am telling in video, HDACoi are cofactors for AR, help to improve epigenetic changes on AR lignan domain
100% agree, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest by Mario Volpstein, it's so much simpler and potent now!
To fix overexpression you need to normalize androgens especially DHT plus your 5AR must work properly, but high prolactin can decrease the activity of 5AR....Tribulus increases DHT, lowers prolactin, increases DHEA
Could you pls describe the urine test in the comments Sir? Its so hard to hear what you are saying and the transcript dosent seem accurate. Thank you for your work. Respect and best wishes.
