This channel is to share the awesomeness of building something out of wood! So for the love of WOODWORKING... Get in the wood-shop and let's build something!
So dangerous, I would never do it. Use the tool for what is made, that is why there are no attachments like that in my country. They would never be approved and pass the safety tests.
I have a small bench top lathe and I definitely want ... No no, NEED one of these. But I am not smart enough to make one, even if you gave me the plans for mine.
I'm going to try to get through this video I'm 59 seconds into it and I already want to smack this guy for how he's talking the belt buckle looks awesome though
Brilliant! Only one thing I would add is a Finishing Toolholder platform, incorporating a 35 deg ISCAR VNMP/G insert to eliminate all the "MANUEL" touch up with the Tool rest and all that FALDERALL??
Do you think this device can be used to build a pool cue? A pool cue shaft has a diameter of two centimeters on one side and one centimeter at the end. The length of a short is almost 70 centimeters. The problem is that the wood is thin and so may deflect under lateral load.
Ten minutes ago I almost lost the will to live while watching an excruciating version of this trick in this video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6pyQCzmZmr0.html Thank goodness I hit your link though, as your version was orders of magnitude better. I had not even thought of using a dog hole sized peg in the locking board for instance, and you took it up a couple of levels by offsetting the peg to give you distance options, and making it nice and wide effectively triangulating the clamping system. It didn't hurt that you made such a nice job of the parts either. Very nice work, and I picked up some very useful tips.
The project is great, the different accents etc are terrible and just an annoyance. I would have subscribed but the accents make it impossible to understand you.
I just watched your bench dog wedge video and commented on what a simple inexpensive idea it was. and now this! keep the hits coming. I just subscribed.
