Time for my periodic return to this tune to comment that it's still fucking unreal - how the fuck did he make those arps? And the melody of this tune is so so good!! Long live all the unreleased stuff on this essential mix - real golden era shit!
This song takes me back to college almost 10 years ago. I close my eyes and see the faces of all my friends and the places we went to and the things we did together. Life’s still good now but make sure you hold on to those memories.

Essentially what is more of a Burial flip of the B2 track 'Ex-Swing', an immense broken 2-step tune in the first place and maybe one of the best things to have come from the pair, but Burial takes it to another place here, leaving a lot of the original feel intact but with a much needed drawn out progression of the existing elements but also adding his unmistakeable ghostly touch to it. One of the sneakiest Burial bits around and a must have for any die hard fans.. also a fucking bargain as not many people seem to have clocked onto this compared to the rest of his works.. big luv to Dan and Martin, two fucking legends keeping the underground real for the sake of music and not for profit or fame!! I rarely thank reuploaders cuz nine times out of ten, the track has an official upload somewhere and by listening to the reupload, in a way, hurts the original creator, but this track is a banger and a half and it fucking sucks that it's a vinyl exclusive as far as official ways of listening to it go. The only other upload i've been able to find of this track is a shortened rip from some gig French Fries did in 2011 before the release of the EP this came as a part of, and i thought for so long that if i wanna listen to this in full i'd have to pay up a lot (the vinyl + a record player). Thank you for doing this.
