Wow...that cave was amazing. You're never lost on a motorcycle, it's just the adventure. 😊 So, 8 years since the USA trip, that means I've been a subscriber since you started publishing those, as it was this series that made me find your channel. If I recall did you mention something about another trip, 10 years anniversary? Good video. Thx G
Thanks Glenn It’s all good, mate. Have a breakfast every now and then if I fancy it, but in general, I never do. Just feels normal now. I’ve prob levelled out at 14st. Dropped to 13.2st.
Awesome video, Question please, you don't find this bike a bit running with hot e gine? The tempreture indicated is nlt swinging begween 80- 90 when you are cruising?
Great stuff Richy. I found a road less travelled off the N621 that is absolutely spectacular and it is a shortcut to Sotres. You haven't seemed to discovered it yet in all your adventures in the Picos.
A "shortcut"... are you sure? ;) :p :D :D (or just, an "alternative" to the "usual"/main route up from AS-114? (The other routes are quite a bit fiddlier/slower, no? ;) :D ))
There’s something about seeing the Scottish scenery at it most wild and dramatic that makes a winter trip worthwhile.. with modern bike gear and heated clothing there’s no reason not too 👍
@@RichyVida I’m lucky enough to live in Cornwall and I love getting out onto the coast path and beaches in the winter. No crowds and dramatic crashing waves 🌊 👍 Did some high Alpine passes this summer which still had lots of snow and the weather was pretty wild but it made it all more of an adventure and I just had to click the heated jacket up a notch lol
Just finished watching your first series of the wild Atlantic way and can’t wait to watch this one aswell as I’ve just booked 12 days there next year so hoping to get more inspiration..cheers ..oh and I bet you’ve never tried that y food again after making this series lol
They sponsored a few series actually. And I know quite a few that are still buying them. I think Huel kind of took over that race though as don’t see much of a presence from YFood ? 🤷
Superb series! I’m off to Morocco in 4 weeks and these videos are adding to the anticipation and excitement! First time viewer of your videos and they are excellent! Seriously impressed with the roads you’re choosing to ride, especially as you’re on your own. Have you ever considered sharing your routes?
Love this series and am looking to do a similar route next April (without the non-stop down to Algeciras!! 😮) I’m presuming from your comments about the empty ferry that you didn’t need to book your crossing to Tangier Med, just buy your ticket on the day? Thanks for the series and putting the idea in my head 👍
@richyvida Once again a great video!! I really liked how you installed your Zumo XT above the Honda display. But on your latest videos, you changed the position of the Zumo XT and mounted it above the handlebars. Did you have any mechanical issues with your first arrangement? Maybe you could give me a hint. Thanks in advance!
Hi there! Yes, this Givi mount was terrible! Vibed all over the place and even snapped after only about 2 weeks. The set up I have now is with a mount from Rugged Roads, and is perfect. Absolutely solid, and I actually much prefer the location to being up there. 👍👍
Hi Richy, Love your videos and your attitude to life. It looks like the mounting bracket for this cool bit of kit has adaptors for a HandleBar. My GPS bar is 12mm diameter. Does it have an adaptor to suit or would I need to make something up?
Thanks, Sir! Er… 12mm… 🧐 could possibly be a goer. The DE gps bar is t much bigger, and I think I’ve got the smallest adapter on. I also put a thread of double-sided tape on the bar, to ensure it doesn’t slip. You could easily knock something g up to make it slightly tighter, though if needed..
