Damn thats beautiful technique 👌🏼 just Iconic beauty of Muay Thai 🙏🏼 I keep analysing it, trying to repeate it after you, makeing video of myself just to see where I makeing mistake, it looks so simple but damn its difficult🤦🏻♂️
the Ernesto Hoost of Muay Thai. Perfect biomechanics (muscle mass and length off arms and legs). Unless the opponent is AMAZINGLY good at some particular 'weakness' of Sit, he's almost unbeatable.
I don’t think I’d wanna live next door to this guys house cause if he’s doing this during training I can only no homo! Imagine the passion and frustration hell be unleashing on his wife during you know what. I won’t be able to sleep with all that noise like I’m just being transparent. Cause I know if I trained like that and had that much stamina… I pray for you before I get a hold of you. Amen hahaha
I’ve always wonder, when they do these open callouts do they say anything or the striker dictates the strike? I always feel like the striker controls what they want to throw and the pad holder is just flowing with them
Its called freestyle padwork. The pad holder catches whatever the striker throws, but there are subtle ways to hold pads to show which strikes to throw.
@@kekegoal it’s not full freestyle, they’ve got a chemistry where they both know each other really well. The pad holder holds something a certain way which shows an opening, then the person hitting uses it as an opening. It’s how I train with my trainer (who’s Thai as well). It helps build fight IQ. I don’t get why everyone froths over guys Liam Harrison on pads when there’s so many people like this out there - this is 100% real Muay Thai. You can tell it comes from their blood.
@@nikskordos1795 yes you are right, you can hold pads in a certain way to encourage certain strikes, but largely its up to the striker to decide what to do, and the pad holder catches them. All our thai trainers at our gym can/do hold pads this way, but only experienced fighters can strike free style. I certainly don’t look that good when I try free style.
