So excited with this project! You doing real magic♥ Also, if I may give you an advice - do the hoopskirt at least for 6-7 hoops. Fabrics yardage is just first question. Second one is how much the skirt will weight. 3-hoops may just be collapsed with all of the skirt layers. Also, add bum roll or small bustle under the hoopskirt 'cause the skirt weight will push forward all of the construction if there's no additional support at the back.
